I walked in 2 younger girls were workings. They never spoke or asked if i needed any help. When 2 other girls….. walked in they spoke. Do not shop at this location.

We happened to stumble in after Claire's cancelled our 4pm ear piercing appointment at 3:40pm without our knowledge cause they decided to close early for the day. We really pumped up our daughter for the experience. On the way to the car, with a very disappointed little girl, we noticed Lovisa. Asked Anna if she could help us by any chance and she was beyond accommodating and we had a wonderful experience. Clearly was meant to be and where we were supposed to have it done. Thanks Anna! 💛

I got my two ear lobes pierced here, and I even paid for the aftercare solution. I used it, but my piercings kept getting worse and worse. I ended up taking out the studs and closing them. After three months, I decided to switch to Claire’s instead of Lovisa. I’ve been a customer of Claire’s for my one-year-old daughter, and I’ve always been happy with their products. I took the aftercare solution that was included in the package, and it worked wonders.
I decided to compare the solutions again because I had some leftover from Lovisa. It was shocking to find out that Lovisa was using Benzalkonium Chloride for their aftercare, which is not recommended for ear piercings. They should definitely shut down their piercing services.

I was there last week and i was looking for some jewelry for my girlfriend. One of the employees (I believe her name is Leila) she was very helpful with helping me find stuff my girlfriend would like. Happy to say she loved everything, thank you so much Leila.

Had stopped by to get some jewelry thinking it was open since it was 6pm on a Thursday and all the stores were open, only to find out this store was closed and barricaded. So disappointed and it said it was open online..

If I could give this store a 0 I would. This store has no SIGNs at all advising no returns on earnings and only on receipt. Anna the manager is rude and unhelpful training her staff to educate and explain to customer on return policy before paying and then asking to email so they won't even know they can't return until after purchased. I looked the whole store up and down and NOT ONE sign. this is unacceptable and this store shouldn't be in this mall. You are selling to teenager in hope they won't questions prices etc. I will never shop here and will tell everyone not to shop here . no wonder why they have a 1.7 on reviews.

Went into this store, just to look around. I bought 4 pairs of earrings. They had a lot of good looking earrings. I will probably be back to buy more. Very helpful sales assistant.

Walked in to find a certain pair of earrings. Left with nothing because for the 5 for 10 you have to buy 5. I didn’t like more than 2 pairs on that rack. Store was clean but employee sitting on the floor didn’t acknowledge anyone who was in there. Bad service.Came again today 1/28/24 and the girl working didn’t say hello, hi, nothing. This isn’t the only time this happened. Not good service.
