Mariano's Pharmacy in Lombard is staffed with dedicated and knowledgeable professionals. The pharmacists offer more than prescriptions, providing health advice, clinical services, and vaccinations like flu, shingles, and Tdap shots. They are incredibly polite, pleasant, and willing to help, showing kindness and patience. The pharmacy uses convenient online tools for prescription transfers and refills. This location is noted for its excellent customer service, differentiating it from others.
The store itself is clean and full of healthy grocery options, with fresher produce than some competitors. It features a Starbucks with a gorgeous seating area, a grand piano, and even a bar. The atmosphere is enhanced by music, including 80s jams on Fridays. Customers find it a pretty cool and impressive store, with helpful staff who know where products are. Many are glad it is in the area and would definitely come back.
Always busy but always make you feel that your order is a very important thing. I tell everyone they are the kindest people I've ever had at a pharmacy. Ever!!!!

This store is massive. I was in there yesterday in a rush with a list of about 7 to 8 different items. I came across KJ stocking shelves. He dropped everything he was doing and walked me around the entire store to get exactly what I needed, saving me a solid 20 minutes. He is truly an asset to this location. Thanks, KJ.

7.27.25 Highly recommend! Always great, informed service at this Lombard Mariano's pharmacy. Lee was pharmacist today, very friendly and he patiently answered all my questions and gave me lots of information for future vaccines. Been going here for years.
