I have been a loyal Mariano’s customer for years. I am frustrated with the number of options for coupons available in this store. It is ridiculous how complicated grocery shopping has become at a time when simplification of all of our lives would be so helpful. My heart goes out to people who lack the resources to follow through on all of the options you offer.

I went to this location to get some spicy tuna rolls sushi. It was disgusting. I ate 2 pieces (1 from each container) and ended up throwing them away. I've never had sushi that bad before. Too much spices, the rice was undercooked AND overcooked. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION

Mariano’s do y’all always sell spoiled cut up cantaloupe? Opened my up this morning and the stench has my nose hairs burning. Foods expensive to begin with and i had to dump the whole container in the garbage

Sunday I went to Lombard store for the honeysuckle turkey breast that was on sale. I asked 3 employees where they were located. They didn't know. They didn't offer to find out. Then I went to the service desk. No one was there. After a little bit I asked the guy who was at self check out if there was someone working at the service desk.
He said ok I'll page ....I'll page when I can get to it. Service person came after overhead page , she told me where they should be. They weren't.
I saw a butcher who said...we only got 2 or 3 boxes of those. They were gone within 2 hours yesterday. So I asked, now what. He shrugged his shoulders and said..I don't know ....you can try custom service for a raincheck. No one in customer service but a woman came along and told me...no rainchecks...she said. We'll get more in..I said they were only on sale Saturday...she told me ..come back in when they get them...I told her I don't live anywhere near Lombard and I wouldn't be coming back. Very unhelpful group.

The pharmacy at this store is very pathetic.
The pharmacist are very rude and talk highly unprofessional and unethical as if they working in a fish market
Today I called them around 5-45 pm to enquire about my prescription for one of my medication refill, he replied they are busy and let the doctor should Call them for the refill. He has no time to reach out the doctor. This is the customer service they offer.
When other reputed pharmacies are round the
Corner then why should we opt for this unprofessional pharmacy. I will move my account to Walgreens unless they call and apologize

This store was awesome 7 years ago. It's been going down hill since. Hope they can turn it around cause it used to be great. The people there are super nice but they tend to have lots of expired food on the shelves.
