Went through the drive-thru worst customer service experience ever couldn't even get order submitted due to workers lack of willing to assist especially when it came to mobile app issue of me giving the cashier the mobile app code for him to tell me the code expired and not even giving valid information on how to resolve issue and then another cashier chimney and giving inaccurate information telling me me being signed into the mobile app causes the issue and that I would have to reach out to them to be assisted instead of her typing in the numbers correctly in the computer to be able to resolve the issue. We'll be reaching out to corporate due to the fact these cashiers have no willingness to assist or a good customer service within their tone or within assisting with their companies app

We had placed an online order ant 10:21 and went to pick it up at 10:26. They had this sign up but we assumed since it was an online order there wouldn’t be an issue or they would’ve refunded me beforehand. Once my husband pulled up to the window and told them he was picking up an online order the worker ignored him and said “we are closed!” And closed the window in his face. There’s no way of getting a refund right away either either.

Went through the drive through and. Ordered 2 hamburgers took them 15 minutes to get it for me also saw customers at register inside while I waiting in the drive through and they had received there order long before I received mine. The drive through guy is unprofessional and management is horrible. They messed up my order twice. I asked for extra onions and they didn't even put any on. Nobody there is respectful. Next call is to corporate.

Charged me $7.70 for two $3 strawberry smoothies. I told them at the window and the woman just shrugged. Short on time, I paid and left.

The service is too long you wait to much for taking a order but in rest is
