  I don't understand how Nordstrom hires so many rude workers. The manager was even worse. I made it a habit to buy nice shoes from the store,but I can't get over the rudeness.Too bad ,I am glad I am not the only one that feels that way.

  I spent 2 days shipping here because we couldn't get through it all in one day! It's like a casino... You lose all sense of time when you're in the racks! 10/10 worth it to really look through every rack because the deals and clothes are amazing, but it is a disorganized mess. The bathroom was also a horror show.

  If you have time to go thru each aisle to find things of value, this is the place for you. It felt like a Cargo Largo, or Ross..where you go not looking for a particular item but more so to see if you happen to see anything you cant refuse. The store was not organized..or either the customers had already rumored thru the sections by midday.. Im all for incredible deals, but this wasn't the store for me

  First time going in. Organization of stuff there is so chaotic. It was like Black Friday in there. It’s literally like the comedy bit Sebastian Maniscalco has about shopping at discount stores. Everything was so tied up in zip ties I couldn’t really try anything on. However the sales associate DEJA was so helpful and really made the experience so much better for me.

  The clothes here are ok. The structure of the place sent my anxiety through the rough!!! The visuals were overwhelming with too many people and too much stuff. I also don't enjoy shopping.
  So, if you enjoy shopping like you are a treasure hunter...you'll love this place!!!
  If you want more order, then this place is not for you.
  I gave 3 stars because I did find 3 skirts.

  Today was my first time shopping here. I expected the mess and disorganized racks, so that didn’t bother me. What infuriated me was an experience I had with one of the staff members. I had been shopping since 2PM and had a whole cart full of clothes for myself, family, etc. I went to go try on some dresses and left my cart by the fitting rooms as everyone does. I was told earlier by a staff member to put this yellow sign on my cart (it’s a sign that says the cart belongs to someone so nobody else takes your stuff). I knew I was nearing the end of my shopping and I was so excited to go ring my items up after I tried on these last few dresses. I MADE SURE to put one of the yellow sheets on my cart to let other people and the staff know that the cart belonged to someone and to not touch the items in the cart. I made sure it was visible and easy to see (especially because I had spent the last five hours shopping for these items on my one day off and was about to go purchase them right after).
  
  I come back out of the fitting room (I was literally in there for not even 5-10 minutes) and ALL of my items were GONE. One of the staff members had put everything away and when I questioned her, she blamed it on me for “not putting a yellow sign on my cart”. Which I know I did. It was such a frustrating experience because I can’t walk through the store looking for the 30+ items again, especially after having just spent five hours doing that. The staff member was not apologetic whatsoever and should have at least attempted to help me find my items again. Finding good items there is a mission to begin with, now imagine having to do it all over again.

  Last chance has many different options in a variety of clothing, shoes, and HomeGoods. They also have a section dedicated to designer items, including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, and Moore! Although still a pretty penny, they have them at a much slower price than What they are originally sold at. This store has a variety of clothing to choose from I even even found my high school prom shoes there and years later I still shop there and find great clothes for work as well as going out!
