The store doesn’t have much. Well, they have a lot of merchandise, but only 1 sample of an item. They don’t carry the Fear of God clothing.
The customer service was good.

Beware! There is a massive bait and switch in this store. My grandson wanted to try on the Essentials sweater that was locked up. The manager, Scarlett, said he could not try it on until I bought it, so I did. It didn’t fit and they did not have his size so we tried to return it within minutes and she said we could only get a store credit. We were appalled that they would not give us our money back, or rip up the transaction that happened minutes before.
We never left the store, she never said we would get a store credit rather than my money back. She had only said we had 5 days to return it. We had told her that we only wanted to try it on to see if it fit him so it would be back immediately if it didn’t.. She would not just void the transaction, or return my credit card purchase and forced us take a store credit for $103.55. She was rude to me and my family, especially when my grandsons returned to get the receipt, nicely asking “may I please have my receipt” Scarlett, the manager was murmuring to another worker saying “Oh they couldn’t just come as a family, they just sent him.”
My family and I will NEVER shop there again and hope you proceed with caution.

The staff here was rude. Poor customer service and not even courteous. You walked in their store and you are just like a ghost- invisible. I requested two bags since I bought 2 formula 1 item as a gift for 2 different person but she replied “No”. Unbelievable! I thought the lady was having a bad day but it seems the reviews here are terrible. It was my first time being treated like that. The salesperson # was 666096. I hope you treat customers better since it’s the holiday season too!

Store is an absolute mess and 4 employees are just standing talking on their phones at the register. Clothes are unfolded everywhere and trash here and there. Hard pass solely for that.

My daughter was at the store tonight. She was trying on clothes in the changing room. The one woman worker with dark brown hair just knocked on my daughter's door, very quickly, and did not wait for a response. She opened the door and the other customer, who was like a 40 year old man, saw my daughter as well! This is unbelievable! We will never go back. Why Would You Not Look Under The Door For Feet!!!! I have never experienced a worker doing this ever in my lifetime!! She did not even apologize!!!!!! I cannot even imagine how embarrassed my daughter was. This was at about 7:50pm.

Every time I’ve tried to shop here they’ve been closed during business hours. It’s 1pm and the store is closed?? I’m sure this location will be next in line to be shut down. If you’re not nearby don’t waste your time coming here.

Needed help with a return which should have been able to be done IN STORE like the pacsun online support had told me and was turned away for no reason besides the rude store associates not wanting to be bothered with it. Both of them looked so lost and annoyed like I get you make min wage but the least you can do is help a girl out right? Felt so unwelcome in there 0/10. Go to the PacSun all the way at old orchard if you want any sort of respect lol.

I dont go into Pacsun often because im pretty anxious and often intimidated by the crowd, particularly at this location. One night, about an hour & 1/2 before closing, i wandered in because they were having a good sale. I picked up numerous sweaters and a pair of pants, meanwhile the girls working there just stared at me. After i walked around for about ten minutes, one of the girls working there went over and LOCKED THE GATE TO THE STORE! i was so confused and the anxiety started setting in, there was a decent amount of time before close, so i couldn't understand why they would lock me inside. one of the girls even said "uhmm theres someone still shopping" and the other girl was like "yeah i know" and just walked back behind the counter. I set everything down that i initially wanted to buy, and asked to leave the store immediately. I havent been back in that store since then, it was such an uncomfortable situation for me. I have worked in retail numerous times and i would never be that inconsiderate. I was never greeted or approached either.

I was here with my granddaughter on Tuesday 11.29 at 3.30 so it was quiet, not a lot of people in the mall. The young girl who worked there sat on the counter, no greeting seemed put out we were even in there, the store was an absolute mess, clothes ALL over the floor, ALL over the counters to be put out on the racks or to be folded, she was agitated when she had to open dressing room. I thought the store was closing it was so disorganized. She said it wasmerchandise that had to be stocked. We'll never go in there again.

Absolutely fantastic establishment the employees here are absolutely goated and any one star review you see on here are from Karen’s who don’t deserve to shop at this store and should be permanently banned from ever returning.

Absolutely awful store. The girl at the counter was so disrespectful and unhelpful, and made us travel another 30 minutes back to the store the next day because she refused to help us with an exchange. When we came back, she gave us attitude and sat on the counter with her legs crossed, then hid my order behind her back while she rudely demanded to see my email confirmation and ID. Will be going to Fox Valley from now on. Would give this 0 stars if I could
