I have chosen to change my review due to the assistance I was able to obtain after unfortunately having to hound a lot of people who work at public storage simply to provide proper assistance to an unfortunate person. Don't set up people for failure.

After many years of helping out my brother with his locker in Wheaton. I didn't realize that I could make a payment at any location so I was always paying extra money because no one was ever there. Then I spoke with Barbara at the Roosevelt office east of Westmore-Myers and she said no problem. She said she was there every day. Because of her great customer service, when I suddenly needed storage. THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. THANK YOU BARB.

This is a great location for storage. We only had to store our stuff there for a short duration as we are moving but the unit was clean and the staff was super friendly. Barb called to check on us when we scheduled our move out date to make sure we were good to go and ensure that we didn't have any issues (and we didn't have any). Highly recommend this location for your storage needs!
