I had a terrible experience. I had to do a lab test & the phlebotomist was unable to find the doctor with my order. In the front of the page of the order number it has a quest account number associated with the provider. I went to a different lab & they were automatically able to find him in the system. As told per other lab, they most likely had no intention of doing the lab test that is why they did not try finding the doctor after the first attempt. I felt rushed, disrespected, & dismissed by the phlebotomist. I will never come back here again.

Make sure you have an appointment and arrive on your time dont come early they wont entertain you everybody has set time already.

Honestly the staff here is so rude and clueless, the guy who took my blood TB test was moving the needle after it was in my arm… super painful experience ‼️Please go elsewhere ‼️

I always go to this location, which is what i did this morning. I dont practice to use anyone specifically but Angie was awesome. Super nice, pleasant and most importantly professional. I was in and out in 2 minutes. So far my best experience ever ( and i do my lab tests here 4x per year). Thank you Angie. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Hopefully she will be there next time i come.

Came in about 2.5 weeks ago to get blood drawn and the nurse who drew my blood struck a nerve. I have been experiencing forearm pain since DO NOT GO HERE

Terrible service. Office is not temperature controlled. It was at least 85 degrees in the waiting room, even though outside it's in the 40s. The staff are rude, and don't follow the order on the kiosk. The kiosk asked if I wanted to wait outside which I said yes since it was so hot. But they don't wait for you to walk over for 30 seconds. And then they never call you again until you somehow magically get their attention. Quest has a monopoly

Had to come here three separate days just for there system to be down. DO NOT come here go somewhere else. It’s a waste of time here will take you hours just to get a drug screen.

I did not get his name but he was an older filipino/asian man and he was excellent at his job!! I told him that after he was done and he made a joke that it was his first day!! I yelled shout up!! He got a kick out of it!!! He definitely made my day that day! 🫶🏼

Went in for a drug test in the morning. I was helped out by a lady named Mercedes. She was respectful and efficient. I was out in 20 minutes.
