The tech Ro at Quest Diagnostics in Lombard was so wonderful! Very friendly and professional. Kept the line moving as it was a full house last Friday. Excellent service overall!!!

I was misgendered multiple times despite correcting the tech. The tech got mad at me for not having the orders on the computer. I don’t have access to the doctors orders. The tech seemed mad at me the entire time I was there. Another tech barged into the office laughing that the patient he was with took her shirt off and he needed the tech I was with to take over.
It felt very unprofessional and I did not appreciate being misgendered.

Very long wait time. I was here at 10:10 for my appointment. It’s 10:50 and haven’t been checked in yet. There’s no front desk person. Avoid this location at all costs, this is ridiculous.

Ro was my technician and she was really great. Very kind, welcoming, and efficient. Getting blood drawn isn't the most pleasant experience, but she made it feel better

Try to avoid this place. Staff is rude and not helpful at all and LAZY. Their help rating is 2.3 that also reflects how they are running this place.

I came twice for a doctor's referral for a test to determine the sex of the child and identify syndromes
And two times the test was not conducted due to damage to the sample and I need to retake it for the third time
What is the matter?

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was taken to the room 10 minutes after my appointment. However, once I was taken to the room, the phlebotomist, Ro was very attentive, kind and helped to make sure I felt like i was her priority the whole time!
