I was the only one there, so I was helped within minutes of checking in. The phlebotomist was very nice and was willing to make conversation with me to distract me from the blood draw since I hate needles. I appreciate her kindness since I had been to other quests where people were not as nice.

We went to this facility as walk-ins and could not schedule an appt. But with the help and accomodation from Felicia, she was able to get us in quick and smooth. She was professional, warm and extremely helpful. We are grateful to have met her. She turned a potential disappointment into a great experience!

Went in for labs. Was in and out in under 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was very nice and after my labs were drawn, no bruising. I had a very good experience and would use Quest again.

I have been coming to this location for a little over 4 years now. The staff is never present and always make the visit super difficult. Wish something was done about this.

Thanks to the incompetence of this center, we haven't been able to determine if my daughter has a shellfish allergy despite getting her blood drawn here over a month ago on April 18th.I took my daughter here for an allergy panel blood testing that her pediatrician ordered. The phlebotomist that serviced us was rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. She was unable to get a good sample from my daughter and even though she mentioned it was because the vein was rolling to her colleagues she lied to me to save her self by deflecting on me that my daughter was dehydrated. This is untrue. Her pediatrician said she was well-hydrated at her 18 month checkup earlier that day. So after poking both of my daughter's arms for a half hour, she said she wasn't able to get enough blood to ensure they can do the test. I said OK that can happen and asked if they could call me if I had to come back in because this was very important. They said of course. Well they never did that. I just took my daughter to the pediatrician that ordered the test and they said they never heard from quest. They never contacted me either. Completely unprofessional.To top it all off, they won't answer my calls and their mailbox is full so I can't leave a message.I honestly think that going to this center is disadvantageous to your health and the health of your children. I hope whoever is in charge hires better staff and gets this center organized for the well-being of their patients.

Scheduled appointment for 9:30. Check in kiosk did not recognize the information, fortunately, when we used the text link the check in processed. We then waited for 30 minutes. Technician was polite and friendly. Wasting my time is the issue.The whole appointment / check in process is automated. If you're short staffed notify your appointments automatically so they can reschedule as needed.

No wonder this place is rated low. Fix your fax machine and stop wasting peoples time.And of course I got charged twice for the same tests that they messed up. I dropped off samples exactly how they wanted them to be just for them to be inconclusive and inadequate samples. F this place to hell

I was late and rushing to my appt, i got there 15 minutes late. Dr VIDAL was super accommodating and called my name to the back right when i walked in!! I was so happy and relieved they called my name a few times before taking me off the list. Such a friendly atmosphere. Best Quest location!! Thanks Dr Vidal

I had emergency with my 10 month old daughter!!!!!!went here bcz they are close to my home. Vidal is such rude person never pic up phone never sent the results to dr on time you have to go in the facilitySuch a bad bad experience they dont even have cup to collect urine for my baby and i still bring the cup from another facility they guy VIDAL TREAT US. SO BAD WAS LAUGHING ON US ME AND MY LITTLE DAUGHTER ITS DISGUSTING ?NVER TAKE UR LITTLE BABIES THERESTAY AWAY

I prefer this location in Lombard compared to other quests I have been too it's easy to schedule your appointment on the app and you are IN AND OUT! I had Francine today and she is the best! I hate getting my blood drawn and have had issues in the past with phlebotomists finding a vein but she's great and I didn't even feel anything! Very professional and she was very nice!

Arrived at 12:15pm for walk in - no patients are here for blood tests. The place is empty.But none of the staff seems to care to invite me in earlier than the walk in appointment of 1:10pm.

Had tests done on 5/3/2022. Results are STILL not available on-line, and no tech-support line available --- only route to labs.
