A Wonderful employee, named Lynn, went beyond her job in kindness to help my elderly mom, who wasn't feeling well during her shopping time. Lynn found a place for my mom to sit down, asked if she could call someone, brought mom's cart to a checkout, bagged her groceries, got the payment from Mom, and helped her to her car!!!!! Now that is not only Service, but Kindness!!! Thankyou Lynn for helping my mom???

I just want to say I've been using the drive up and go for groceries. I've always had a good experience with this. today was there was a long waiting time. However, the young man I believe his name is Tom was very apologetic. he came to my car and the car next to me after he had brought out somebody else's order and apologized stating he was the only one doing it at that time. He then apologized again for the wait when he brought my groceries. Wanted to give him kudos for working so hard and being so polite. I just picked a busy time to pick up.

jewel osco in lombard is the worst food store ever messy shelves i couldn't even find the item that i was looking for they had a very poor section of food the staff there were very not helpful at all the mangers are very rude and nasty they have no clue whats going on the store manger brent logerquist is the most clueless idiot he didnt know anything he is a very poor store manger and the mangers at the front desk are pretty stupid too they had no clue what was going on thier names are mark patty kendall cashiers and other workers there are rude and annoying i also saw so mice in the front lobby i was so gross out i never shopping in that god awful store i rather shop at different jewel or Morainos
