Went into the T-Mobile store to update my phone. Ajdin appeared to not be knowledgeable about any products and stated he couldn't go to the back to see if they had the phone nor could he get his coworker to come from the back to help. I can see if the store was packed but it was only me in the store. In the end I walked out without a new phone. I do not recommend this incompetent store or whoever is the manager.

Anne was a huge help tonight setting up my daughters Apple Watch. Very smooth and easy process with her walking us thru each individual step. She went above and beyond and provided incredible customer service! Hard to find these days, but she did an A++ job! Thank you!

My husband and I recently bought new phones at the Yorktown T-Mobile store and had Daniel assist us. He was WONDERFUL!! He was patient and really helped us figure out what phone we wanted to get & took the time to answer all of our questions. He also took his time in putting the screen protectors on our phones to make sure it was done with precision!??

Called and asked if they had a iPhone 14 pro max in stock. They verified they did. I drove an hour there. They verified again that it was still in stock when I arrived. Did the application and said I was paying the phone in full. Told them I would not be buying any accessories or the “free” Apple Watch. Just wanted to buy an iPhone in cash and have the cheapest plan. Once I said that they said the iPhone was “no longer in stock”. I was the only one in the store and it magically disappeared when I didn’t fall for the upsell. Terrible service. Don’t know why they needed to run my credit if I was paying in cash and was getting the cheap plan. I have a 740 and hate my credit being ran. Terrible predatory sales tactics. Bad customer service. Refused to sell me a product in stock.

Very disappointing experience with this store. I have been with the company over 9 years and instead of helping me, they refused and they were trying to send me to a different location. They didn't even try to call their manager or their company to fix things. Very very disappointed and I will definitely look around to switch provider.Your employee (Betsy) needs a better training definitely. Please have things fixed!!!

If you're reading this review, please DO NOT waste your time to this location. Very unprofessional. I received an email about pre-ordering the new Galaxy S23. Since I was out shopping at Yorktown mall. I decided to stop inside and get more information about the S23. Something told me not to come to this location. I was the second person inside the store but someone else was helping him. I forgot the name of the guy who came to help me. It was a waste of time even talking to him. He wouldn't allow me to speak and pissed me completely off. He didn't even ask me for my number to look up my account. He instantly started telling me how much I would be paying on my account. Without even looking up my account. Terrible customer service. I ended up leaving and not purchasing the phone. I will definitely bypass this T-Mobile location.

I went in to find out why my phones speaker was not working. I walked out with a new phone for $5 because I have insurance. The girl who helped me, I can’t rave enough about her. I wish I could remember her name, she told me 2 times and I still can’t remember. Maybe, Aubrey? Thank you for knowing your job!

I went to this T-Mobile 2 days ago to pay a bill I couldn't help but notice that the young lady stayed into my account even after I was done. I asked her to close my account. She was still looking in it on the computer screen today it says my password has been changed. They have no right in the customers account after the transaction has been done. I will report this and if I have to sue for fry I will do that
