Target has some great workers who are under paid and not treated fairly. It’s all about if they favor you and if they don’t you get your hours cut. Amazing employees just not good management.
Hani is the worst ETL at target

I’ve had a horrible and disturbing experience at this target around 1pm, as an honest customer I was racially profiled by a short elderly lady working the self-checkouts she kept eyeing me down and already feel very uncomfortable I had to call her for help in removing the tag off a piece of clothing and she had the audacity to ask me after she saw that I scanned it, if I scanned it and if I was going to purchase? I means are you serious, this is very sad, disturbing, and shameful that this target decides to hire workers who racially profile customers. To think if this is happening to me, God knows how many others she racially profiled unfortunately I forgot her name but, avoid a short elderly lady with short grey/white hair very rude and prejudice .

There’s a short older woman with short dirty blond hair who was working at self checkout on 3/12/25 around 1:00 pm. she racially profiled me acting as if I was stealing. It was insulting how she treated me infront of everyone and there needs to be something done with her working there because that is not ok at all. I hope no one else has to go through how she made me look- target do better choosing who you hire.

SO excited for the remodel, and then DEEPLY disappointed when it was done. Much smaller selection of products and brands (except cosmetics, which is just stupidly redundant when there's an Ulta less than 3 miles away). Went from multiple trips a week to maybe once every 4 months, and then usually leave empty-handed anyway. The switch to CVS, the most expensive among the major pharmacies, was also a head-scratcher and forced me to move my prescriptions elsewhere. Knowing that the Target 'guests' who are 'welcome' now are basically racists and bigots pretty much finished any desire to shop there. Through its own actions, Target went from being my most favorite to my least favorite store. Don't recommend.

My son needed to be changed while in the store. Both the woman and men’s bathroom the changing table is out in the middle of the bathroom. To me this is weird as babies deserve privacy too. Also he had a blow out so he needed a whole outfit change. So he would be completely exposed. We found the family restroom which oddly enough does not have a changing table. Not up to par with other targets. Not family friendly when it comes to infants.

Waited in line where there were a bunch of problems with the checkouts ahead of us. People using gift cards that weren’t working, etc. No problem with this until they open a checkout line next to ours and instead of taking those of us who’d been waiting longest, they call all the people from the back of the line.
Then, I purposely use a debit card to pay so I can get cash back. The system prompts me for cash back and I select $20. The employee then tries telling me they don’t do cash back unless you are using the target branded red cards. He tried telling me they couldn’t give me the $20. Except, I had already paid the extra $20 and the receipt had printed out showing the extra money.

it's Christmas. The lines are 20+ people long. I see a line ahead facing forward to see how many people are in the line. I hear a voice in back of me. I turned around. A young woman about 35 said "I was in line" I said "I didn't see you. Were you hiding behind the shelf?" She replied, "I was waiting in line" Why is it the young people are so rude and crude to an older woman. I turned to her and said "ooh let me get out of your aura" She actually laughed. I need to come up with a zinger that will shock and amaze to leave them speechless.

There seems to be a lack of contingency plans in place for when the Order Pickup system experiences issues. This over-reliance on technology can lead to problems, particularly highlighted by the store manager’s lack of empathy during these situations. The recent challenges during the week of Christmas Day have raised concerns about the store’s operational effectiveness.

My items which I needed for Thanksgiving were delivered to The WRONG Address, and no one answered the phone when I CALLED REPEATEDLY-- I bought the toys again and picked them up-- Customer service didnt help, and said"-Since no one returned the toys received by mistake, you have no way of getting your refund!!" 125$ ---SO UNFAIR!!

Your workers are racist. My husband was just trying to get a nice outfit after a long day of work for his moms birthday right after and one of your workers kept accusing him of trying to steal stuff when he was trying on clothes. Never going here again and telling everyone I know.

This location has the sales volume of a super target but without the staffing of a super target or the departments. Needs more staff who are customer facing.

This is my neighborhood target. I am from the neighborhood. Every time I shop here I spend hundreds of dollars. I AM TIRED of spending all this money in a place that treats me like I’m some sort of criminal or scammer. Trying to scam my way through target. Usually I get some comments or somebody watching me so close. But, tonight, I was made very well aware that I am being watched as I shop, as I pay. I was in the dressing room with my daughter and the employee proceeded to hold me for about 5 or more minutes explaining to me how I should behave in the dressing room and made it VERY CLEAR that target and it’s employees KNOW, THEY KNOW, what clothes I take in and how it goes in and how it should come out. I was the only one given this speech. There were other customers in the dressing room who came after me. None of those customers were given the same lecture. Again at self check out, the employee felt the need to call my attention and tell me that every single item needs to be scanned, as if I wasn’t doing so already. It is night time. Almost closing time. There are a few customers at self checkout. A lot of eyes watching, a camera watching, and yet I need to be told that it is necessary to scan every single item. Why I’m always singled out, I don’t know. The only thing I can think of is because I don’t look like most of the people that shop regularly at that target . All I can say is that I am disappointed because I continue to give this target the benefit of the doubt . I want to have a great experience or no experience. But Target keeps proving that just because I live in this neighborhood doesn’t mean that I will feel welcome in this neighborhood.
