“Great pick-up location. This wasn’t my first time renting, so the process was easy since I knew the steps. I ordered a 12-pack of quilted blankets but didn’t receive them. I checked with customer service to make sure I wasn’t charged, and I wasn’t. Overall, I’d pick up from this location again.”

“I’ve rented a truck from this U-Haul location twice, and both experiences were excellent.
The first time, their system was down, which could have easily turned into a frustrating situation. Instead, the manager went above and beyond to manually process my rental and make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated the extra effort and professionalism.
The second time, I needed the truck a few hours earlier than my original reservation. Once again, the manager was incredibly accommodating and helped adjust everything without any hassle.
Both times, the service was kind, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews because my experiences have been nothing but positive. Hopefully, this helps others feel confident giving this location a try.”
