I don’t trust this location at all. Deposited money in the atm and it never got deposited. Spit out a receipt saying Contact the number on back of your card. So beware if anyone is depositing cash into this atm, either wait and do it with a teller or just go to another location.

I walk in the bank we my account got suspended I called before the person on the call said I need to visit a branch but when I went to this branch the lady on the front counter said I need to call I called again and then he told me that I need to visit a branch and that employee didn’t care. No wonder this branch has a 2.7 rating.

i refuse to come to this branch because of ONE employee named JAZMIN. she is so RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she has an attitude problem that needs to be fixed. I come here to cash checks, she informed me that if i open a credit card i would be able to cash the check without getting charged the $7. so i opened a card online because she was so rude i didnt want to give her an satisfaction or commission for opening an account. now, when i go in there she says i still get charged a fee because i dont have a checking account. And practically calls me a liar saying she never said that and SHE DID!!!! or else i would not have even opened a US bank credit card. everytime i come in there she is always trying to get me to open more and more accounts with US bank! and i tell her i dont want to, once i say no she is a nightmare. so i end up just walking out.

The staff an older lady and a younger lady on Monday night are completely Nonchalant. They refused to cash my check which I understand. But the rudeness is unbelievable. I have been with US since they opened this branch. I have 3 credit cards and a buisness account with them. I also have a large CD with them. If this continues I will go elsewhere. At least know your customer or look up their accounts. I

Horrible, absolutely horrible! The worst customer service for an institution that uses what we give them to make money and give us a measly >1% in return. They should treat us with respect because if we don't give them our money they will go out of business yet we're nothing to them. Even for large depositors which I am one. Banks used to know who you were, sometimes by name but at least by face and we used to recognize the employees. Now, unless your bank balance is plastered to your forehead you're not treated like a necessity to them. And, try and get your money if it's a large sum. You can't. You have to place an order and they'll have it in a week. Since when is cash on backorder? It's a bank, right? they're supposed to have money. And, they're a national bank, not just a tiny family bank so, you'd expect not to have any issues getting YOUR MONEY. Wrong! They'll lie to keep from giving you your money. They'll give you a check (cashier's check) but then you have to know to whom you'll give the check and the check can only be spent in one place. Not like cash which can be spent where ever you may choose. Banking as a whole is a scam but US Bank is at the top of the list. Good luck trying to find a small bank that will treat you as a customer that deserves the respect because without your money they are nothing. They are all bought up or consumed by national banks like US Bank, Chase, BMO, et al. If you can find a small bank near you switch to it or find a credit union to which you are qualified to be a member. You won't regret it. You'll become a person again and no longer just an account. Some things are wonderful as technology advances and laws are rewritten. Then again, some of the good things in life are lost because bigger is better and greed is good. This customer is done with US Bank or any other national bank. I guess I'll keep my money in my mattress until I find a small bank that deserves my business. US Bank does not.

I was in one of us bank branch today morning. I was asking a question regarding my debit card account to a branch’s teller a male, asked for his name and he refused to provide his name to me. His answer was with a very loud voice that it’s was not of my business.He had a terrible attitude, he released my document by throwing them over my hands. Requested to speak with a branch manager, female said that she was the branch manager but after i complained about her employee, she end up defending him. Wow! It’s incredible. This episode occurred today morning on 7/29/21. At branch: 45 W Roosevelt Rd Lombard iL 60148.

Worst customer service! The bank manager Hina very rude and didn’t help the situation. Last year summer 2020 I went in to open account for my husband they had no idea what they were doing. I went to glen ellyn us bank branch and they told me they always get customers from Lombard us bank because they have no idea what they’re doing. So today there was a malfunction with the atm they didn’t put out no of service sign on the machine to let people know NOT to use it. Very unorganized, I was frantic because the atm did not dispense all my money and took money, didn’t show it was deposited and the bank manager has the nerve to tell me to sit down and calm down when I’m asking questions what to do and I need the money ASAP to make a big purchase. I was told by one employee there, ( also very rude not trying to listen to me, more concerned about my mask ) that I would get a provisional credit to my account the same day if I called the number on the back of my debit card. Called the number, made a claim and they informed me that a provisional credit takes 10 business days. So not only were the bank employee and manager very rude, they didn’t even want to help me and rush me out the door. Worst experiences will not be banking there no more! Nausheen used to be my banker after she left things went south and will definitely not be going there again .

Waited 25 minutes in drive up lane around 4PM on Friday afternoon.:( Gave the teller the deposit slip used in US Banks "new" system at US Bank in Glen Ellyn. She advised it could not be used and sent me out an "old" blank counter deposit slip. The new system requires only the last 4 digits of your account #. Since I didn't have the full account # with she said she needed my ID. She wasn't very pleasant. So I had her send my check and deposit slip back and left. Total waste of time. I will avoid this branch in the future.
