“First time buying from somewhere other than a dedicated brand dealer lot. Nothing like the normal chore of car buying. Both Tony and Cruz were honest and straightforward. Always run my own vin check and their free report was accurate. Bought used with issues that they offered to repair before other warranties and GAP. Honestly priced vehicles based on their condition, tire kickers, nitpicking, KBB warriors, the big box dealership is down the street. If you happen to have a head on your shoulders and want something they have listed, you won’t be disappointed.”
“I was in the market for a 535i xdrive Mport and found International Car Center in Lombard, IL. My first contact was with Sales Manager Louis Jimenez, who provided excellent service from the start. After reviewing the vehicle online, I noticed the price drop shortly after, and Louis immediately honored the new online special.
Because I’m in Wisconsin and wasn’t able to visit or test-drive the car, Louis and Hector went above and beyond—sending detailed photos, scanning the vehicle for any issues, and answering all of my questions. I was concerned about the white interior, but Louis arranged to have the seats re-sprayed, and they came out looking brand-new.
On top of the great price, they included delivery, which made the process even easier. As a first-time site unseen
(meaning not seeing the vehicle physically).
I put my whole trust in Louis and Hector, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
If you’re looking for excellent service and a trustworthy dealership, I highly recommend International Car Center. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them.”
