This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Not only are the workers rude with a horrible attitude, but they are also rude to each other. I can hear them talking to each other in a tone that is worst than normal and they carry that tone to their customers.

I and my spouse moved in this area very recently so we don't know much about what to expect.
This was my 100th time visiting them (psst... remove the two zeros).
I am told to write that they are definitely NOT POSTAL and are very courteous and professional, and they provided good and prompt advice.
I am also told to convey that this place has spacious wirh free parking and a lot of self-serving facilities, even toilets too.
That they are excellent people.
Full disclosure.
I wrote this under the tutelage of a POSTAL WORKER who, in a very calm voice, demanded me to write this review.
I'm just kidding. Do visit them to cheer them and appreciate their hard work.

Came in around 5pm on a Tuesday to send a certified mail piece. Not too busy. Five minutes in line and a couple minutes being helped by a friendly staff member. Smooth visit.

I have called in the past about this same issue. I have bills waiting to be picked up and nothing. It's only Wednesday and this has happened twice this week already. Seriously the worst postal service ever. Even if there is no mail to be delivered someone should still check to see if there's mail to be picked up. They just don't give a damn. Guess I'll start dropping my outgoing mail off at the Villa Park Post Office since Lombard doesn't care about the residents they're supposed to be serving. Unbelievable.
Again, today 6/6/2024 I had mail to be picked up and surprise it's 6:20pm and no pick up. I called and was told that I need to call in the morning to let them know I have mail to pick up. I said I'm not doing that and that's their job to check to see if there's outgoing mail. I guess a note is going to be left for the carrier. Totally unacceptable.

Worst location ever! Always a long line and just 1 person behind the counter that ends up taking their sweet time. Avoid this location and go literally anywhere else. The people here don't give a f!

If you have an issue or question about a package good luck. I have tried to call this post office probably 20 times over the past few days and they won’t answer. Super frustrating when you can’t even get anyone on the phone to tell you anything. I’ve called at various times too. Idk what they’re doing in there. I’m sure my package is lost by now.
