Customer Service at the Visionworks, at Yorktown Mall, in Lombard, IL was super. The two gals that waited on me were awesome; considering they're working without a manager & they were doing just fine. Seems to me they ought to be rewarded in some form, for a job well-done.

The staff here is top notch. So friendly and quick. They definitely value your time and don't make you wait around for long time. I have had to come here several times for my daughter that keeps breaking her glasses. They are always so nice and willing to try to fix them.
