I always bring my cars here for work. Brought it in for an alignment, and found that there was a defective tierod that was causing my steering wheel to be slightly crooked when driving straight. Honest company, they dont just tell you whats wrong to try to rip you off, they show you the issue before they start work. They work quick and efficient also. Also got wheel hub bearings replaced at a good fair price.
No complaints and would recommend them.

El mejor taller que puedes encontrar en toda el área de Chicago, te dan un diagnostico de tu auto y los precios de sus servicios están al alcance de tu bolsillo, tienen un área donde puedes esperar a que tu auto esté listo. Desde que conozco este lugar ya se a donde ir cuando tengo un problema mecánico con mi auto. Lo recomiendo al 100.

I understand that repairs can be tricky, but I expected better communication and a good service. I won’t be returning to this shop, and I would recommend others avoid it unless they improve both their pricing and quality of work.

Ive visited here a handful of times for alignments. Best price you'll find for a 4 wheel alignment. Fernando, the owner is always friendly and courteous.

The owner is awesome! ? I had a wheel alignment and I was in and out within the hour! ? You can tell these guys are definitely honest. They make you go inside the shop and see your car on the lift to show you what's wrong before they even start working on it. Very ethical shop! Will definitely be coming back for any Mechanical needs!

Today I visited W Auto Works to have my AC recharged and front passenger window regulator fixed. The whole team was very welcoming and professional. It is a very family and friends oriented business, but professional. Fair pricing too. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received. I will be back again. Friendly staff and nice clean shop. I recommend anyone needing auto service to visit, Fernando (owner) and his team at W Auto Works. They're good at what they do. Thank you to Fernando and his qualified team of automotive experts.

FERNANDO IS A SCAMMER.
I spent $1.3k on a full brake replacement for all four tires last year and it took a few drives to realize they did a poor job. I took it to Goodyear and they said the front brakes are not even the same brand as the rear, which is important for an X3. the rear brakes don’t even have a brand, they’re that cheap.
After a year of trying to use my warranty Fernando still refuses to replace them instead making me pay $100 to lubricate the brakes. Not even a shocking story reading all the YELP reviews.
I also fell to him telling me to replace my TIE ROD. His common scheme according to YELP.

Went in for a 4 wheel alignment, they only took 30 minutes, and the car was pulling to right afterwards, and after looking at vehicle they never even broke free the alignment nut on a couple of the wheels to align the car. Scam!!!

W Auto Works really helped me out of a bad spot today. On my way to a funeral in the city, I found out that I had a flat tire. I pulled into W. Auto Works and asked if they could help me. They took my car in right away and patched my tire. They were so quick that I was still able to make the service. I can't thank you guys enough for helping me today.
