Incredibly slow service, pharmacists are always chewing on gum and drinking out of prescription bottles, didn't have my prescription filled for a whole week and said it was my fault for not coming inside and asking them to fill it

Terrible service from the window very slow with attitude. The microphone is busted not clear or loud enough. Employees 2nd time here and both times absolutely the worst service out of anywhere.

Had an an amazing experience at the pharmacy on highland Roosevelt. I was trying to get my prescription filled by the villa park team with no luck. The Lombard team was responsive, efficient and got my prescription filled under an hour. The pharmacist especially, she apologized for my experience at another location but worked quickly to resolve the issue. Great job. Great service !

This Pharmacyis the worst Walgreens I have had to work with . The workers here are Terrible. I literally waited in line for a half hour for it to finally be my turn to pick up my prescription and by that time it was 8 o’clock on the dot they shut their blinds knowing I was there and did not care that I waited a whole half hour to finally pick My father’s prescription up for them to just shut their blinds on me.
The second round- animated message said I had prescriptions waiting . I went to pick them up to find out they closed a half hour early without notice ? Closing is 8:00 , why at 7:30 there is no one at window , really ?
Also , Pharmacist at this location are not friendly.

Yup should have 0 star. Pharmacy charge your price depending on how they fell?
Or depend on who is on duty?
Omega 3 was $50 something for 3 months . Yesterday my friend help me pickup. 1 moths for $25…..
insulin shots sometimes 50. Sometimes 45. Yesterday was 103?
Wonder who put those money in the their pockets?
What is going on with those humans?

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. Should’ve gone to CVS. 4 techs and a pharmacist couldn’t figure anything out. 3 techs just stared at a screen not doing anything trying to figure something out, but how many does it take to check what they’re looking at? Not 3. I was third in line and it took 30 minutes to even get to the front of the line. Then when I walked to the counter, this lady, Zehra, asked for the next person and looked past me. Like, HELLO!!!! Have you not seen me waiting here for 30 minutes. Then this lady confuses everything I said. Such a terrible experience. Will never use Walgreens pharmacy again. By the looks of the other reviews, this is a common occurrence here.

I wish there was a zero star option. This is one of the worst pharmacies that I've ever been to. According to their online, both in-store pickup and drive-thru is supposed to close at 8:00 p.m. Of course, the day that I show up to pick up a prescription. They closed their door is at 6:45. If this is an everyday time then they really need to change that on their website.

Yeah... never ended up speaking to anyone. Call dropped. Had my husband call instead and he managed to get a hold of them.

Zero stars! Zero help!Are you EVER going to answer your calls?Pathetic! Pharmacy! Ten minuets on hold. Then someone answers finally only to re put me on hold for an additional ten minuets. Everyone change pharmacies and save the time and effort and stress.This place is ran by a bunch of children who don’t take their job seriously.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my life. They have been telling me "it'll be here tomorrow" for 3 days. Then they get snippy when you ask questions. They do not care about you or your time.

It takes way too long to pick up a prescription, both in store and through the drive thru. Save yourself and use a different pharmacy.

They continuing to completely screw me over. Cancelled my refill without checking in with me to try and get it resolved. Also, they continue to switch out my medicine with another brand that my insurance doesn't cover, so it gets denied

Insanely slow drive up window. Waits of 40 minutes are not uncommon. Unfortunately, due to lane barriers, customers cannot pull out of the line once they queue up. The slow moving, over-tasked workers in the pharmacy act totally unfazed by this and act as if this was normal. There's no good excuse for these delays. Walgreens needs to either pay these people more and/or improve working conditions to decrease the obviously frequent turnover or get higher quality staff.
