Horrible customer service. I went today to return some items I just purchased this PASSED SUNDAY. The girl that was returning was questioning as to why I was returning?? So rude and useless. Everyone there just is on the phone doing nothing.

I don’t leave 1star reviews unless it’s truly deserved. I understand people and businesses have bad days and that’s ok. But this store gave me a horrible experience 2 separate times and I witnessed them being rude to others as well. I went in for one specific dress and was told it was out of stock- so the hunt for another dress began. Within 10 minutes of my dress hunt I found the exact dress I was told was out of stock. I actually found 4. Maybe honest mistake I looked past it. I was deciding between 2 different shoes and needed to see which would match my accessories best. While in line at checkout i witnessed a young girl trying to purchase a dress she had put on hold. The worker was extremely rude to this child and it was clear she was uncomfortable and just wanted to get the dress and leave. I specifically asked the return policy on both pairs of heels as I knew at least one would need to be returned. I was told BY THE MANAGER both were returnable. It’s very clear management lacks communication. I went back 2 days later and was told the pair of shoes was not returnable, while explaining I had just been there 2 days prior and specifically asked if they were, I was met with a very rude attitude and lots of eye rolling. Ultimately they took the shoes in exchange for a necklace that was less than I had bought the shoes for and I lost out on that money. All in all I can’t discourage shopping at this store more.

Lady at the register with the glasses was not very friendly and the shoes they gave us were dirty , the shoe box was very beaten up as well, when asked if they had another pair they instantly said no without checking

Drove 30 mins from schuamburg to this store just to find out its doors are closed at 11:30 on a Monday when they open at 10am. Lights were on and a chick with an afro was at the register. We knocked to see if they will open but all we got was a glance, some sort of a mumble as the glass is thick so you can't hear, and then she looked back down and disregarded there were people at the door. There were no signs on the doors stating they were closed for any reason. I called the store just to talk to a computer that asks if I want an associate to TEXT me. Wth? Unbelievable. So unprofessional

I brought my 16 year old cousin in for a nice, relaxing Sunday afternoon girls day. We were shopping for her homecoming dress. She pulled several dresses as she needed one urgently for the following weekend. I had a handful, and so did she. The girl working the fitting rooms (Mariah) let me go in the fitting room with her to help try things on, but then proceeded to rush us while we were in there, also telling us if we wanted to bring in more dresses or take any more dresses out, that we would have to go get back in line. She then told us we only had 5 minutes left in the fitting room, when we had not been in there for very long at all. What’s the point of going shopping to try clothes on in person (especially for a special occasion) if you’re just going to be rushed out of the fitting rooms/shop?????
It was very unfortunate, as we were excited to spend time together as she tried on dresses, and we felt this tainted our experience. I informed the lady at check out that I didn’t even bother trying the dress I wanted to try on for a wedding, and that we had a VERY unpleasant experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. As a wedding vendor, I understand the importance of referrals and reviews, and I would NOT recommend trying dresses on here! ):

Online States store opens at 10:00 a.m. in Yorktown Mall . I just brought my daughter there at 10:00 and we stayed till 10:30 waiting in the store still did not open. The lady inside just stared at her and she tried to open the door didn't let her know that they would be opening later or what was going on

The manager wasn’t here to open the store. The store was suppose to open at 11am. She didn’t arrive till 11:30. Then told me it would be an additional 10min (I guess for them to set up) it took an additional 25. I honestly wish I was closer to the one in Riverside because these young girls act like they don’t give a damn. Where are the young girls that want to work.

I just went into this location and was looking for a dress for a gala. Not one time was I greeted by the staff, nor did they ask for help with pulling dresses and sizes, they barely opened the fitting room for me. The reason I'm posting this is because I had just went to men's warehouse with my BF to get a suit, the gentlemen there were so helpful, they really helped us and made us feel great. I'd fire these two girl on that shift, they were both being haters in my opinion! Two fat girls with crop tops and ugly hair! ?
