“Huge. Very clean. Well organized. Very, very expensive!!!! This is a thrift store where you have to look at the prices because you can’t assume you can afford it because it is a thrift store. Workers are generally snotty.”
“We come here very often to pawn and buy. Nolan is very friendly and helpful. They always try to give you the best deal and work with you. We are always so grateful for all the work he does.”

11 E Campbell St, Arlington Heights“Owner was kind. Has two puppies that are funny and sweet. Owner was transparent about his dogs, how to introduce yourself to dogs. They are in a pin by the checkout desk, It's a petite, cozy little stop with beautiful vintage finds. Would be a tight squeeze for a stroller or wheelchair. Very welcoming vibes.”
“they are the best.. i received a christmas tree looking arrangement on 11/25 and its still beautiful on 12/13.. i often receive flowers and their's last the longest and are always beautiful”
“Stopped by on a whim and was so glad I did! Mary is wonderful; friendly, helpful, and very sweet. Beautiful shop, well organized and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend stopping by!”
“I love this place! We just picked up some cute decor for our guest bedroom plus some adorable cards. They always have the current, gorgeous designer purses too. They’re my absolute favorite consignment around!”
“By far, the BEST in the business. They pay top dollar for Gold/Silver/Diamonds. They have great customer service and are honest and fair. I've gotten quotes from other places and every single time Cash4Gold in Algonquin's offer is above all the rest!”
“A real, true Antique store. Clean and beautifully set up plus the bestest shop dog. If you are seeking beautiful antique furniture this is a must visit shop. I’m more of a doo-dads person and didn’t buy anything but really valued this place.”

500 3rd St, Libertyville“Its my personal happy place. Excellent staff that are incredibly wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. Chic, stylish, and ready to take home make this my favorite go to place when decorating. Pretend you are in Paris at the flea market and head over!”
“I went into the store with three lamps that needed shades. The woman that assisted me was extremely helpful and even fixed something on one lamp that had cracked. She gave great suggestions and spent a lot of time with me trying different options. I will definitely be back!”

202 James St, Barrington“I had owned a Hepplewhite chest-on-chest for nigh on 3 decades, and it was past time to restore it. The mahogany veneer was loose at the base, and the corners of the upper chest were quite ugly with the veneer long gone. After only 2 centuries (!), the glue had loosened, internal parts had fallen off and drawers could not be opened. And that wasn't the half of it! So I called Caledonian--one of the best decisions I've ever made. Their knowledge and workmanship are without peer. Not only did Caledonian restore the piece perfectly, but Barrie shared information about the chest-on-chest that I never would have found on my own. These gentlemen are experts; I would not entrust my antiques to anyone else.”
“Such a stunning and lovely place! Many eras and styles of antiques to be found here, and the owner clearly has a deep appreciation for beautiful, elegant things. Despite how valuable some of the pieces are, the prices are very reasonable! Her son was working there too, and was very attentive, which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend shopping here in general, but especially if you're doing an antiquing roadtrip”
“Mckee Restorations has now refinished my dining room table to perfection, one over-stuffed chair and kitchen table chairs. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work! Professional and skilled!”

115 S Main St, Wauconda“I went to the store to drop off something that the owner dropped today. I fell in love with this store. There have something for everyone. It is a great place to find gifts for your family and friends that they will treasure. The owner puts her heart and soul in to finding these treasures. I have been looking for something unique for Day of the Dead. I was in complete surprise when I found the perfect item at this store. It is not only unique but beautiful. It will be a great addition to my collection which is mainly store bought not authentic. LuAnn was a pleasure to work with at the store. I look forward to doing some Christmas shopping this year At The Green Bench. Thanks for all your hard work!”
“Probably the best antique shop in the Chicago area. When you walk into this shop, you get this intense feeling of nostalgia, like the feeling you get during the holidays. Jim and Phil are extremely pleasant to talk to. There is so much history in this place and one of the few antique stores that really sells actual antiques. I always find amazing treasures here. This place is a true gem.”
“Scout and Forge is a Hidden Treasure of Long Grove! So many unique finds that bring back the memories of the past. Love this little shop, wish I could visit it more often.”
