“I am so incredibly satisfied with Luminescent Detailing!! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that cares about their vehicle. The detail and precision in attending to my car was 100% over perfection!!
I had previously taken my car to a reputable car repair location in Schaumburg to have a real fender repaired. They did a good job however I noticed the front hood and quarter fenders were damaged to the XPEL protectors...how could this happen??? The Director of the repair shop was confused, as well. Anyhow they approved repair to the hood and fenders, as they did not do this type of repair. I was to seek out my own shop. I called several locations that did this type of repair and was extremely disappointed in the 'high' prices and unprofessional responses I received on the phone. Then I called LUMINESCENT DETAILING Co. located in Lake Zurich...WOW what a difference a phone call made!!! Rachel answered and heard my concerns, she then had me speak to Frank-the owner.He was amazing in having all the details in repairing AND the price was the LOWEST I came across. Don't get me wrong , as you get what you pay for-however Frank was extremely kind, patient--I'm a woman- with zero knowledge of car repairs---and quoted a reasonable price which was the lowest I had come across!!!!!
I then spoke to Rachel and she set everything up, date, time, etc.She was adorable-yet extremely efficient!!
When I arrived later that week, Ozzie greeted me with a sincere kindness as I was concerned. He promised me they would take good care of my vehicle, Tho its an older Lexus RX350, however I take very good care of my car, past and present.
I picked up my car the next day and WOW, this shop did a perfect job , actually better than the original!! I was pleased to meet Frank in person, verses the phone, and he showed me how they wrapped the XPEL under the hood and corners...it looked PERFECT!!!!!
I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am...so if you are considering any type of work on your car....please look no further.... Take a drive to meet Frank or Ozzie, for an estimate. And wait until you see the awesome, foreign, variety of cars that they are working on!!!!!

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. However the restoration company as good as they were on doing the restoration was not so good in installing the new radio.
One call to Tint World, (after calling around to several other car stereo places) spoke to Marshall and he was the first one over the phone that tried to determine the problem rather than simply sell me another entire radio system. Told me to bring it in and he would do a full evaluation before doing anything else.
l was extremely impressed with Marshall's professionalism, the sense that he truly was trying to diagnose the problem and willingness to help me.
By the way, while I was in the store, I saw that the general manager of the local Audi dealership was there bring Marshall his car to work on. That says something as to the quality of the work.
Way to go Tint World. Would be happy to recommend to anyone.”

“90% of the mechanics I've been to either take to long or charge too much. I brought my first classic car to him and he got back to me the day after and updated me. After the inspection he found a major root of the problem and fixed it as soon as the part got there. If you're looking for an honest, friendly, and timely mechanic then niko is your guy.”
“This is an amazing body shop for BMWs, Mercedes, Ineos and Land Rovers. Our Land Rover had been rear ended but was still driveable. The shop was efficient, communicative and worked very hard with our insurance company (State Farm) to get claim funds to cover the entire repair. They were very detailed in their inspection and assessment report. They used new, OEM parts. We worked with Chris and were very impressed with him, especially. This shop is very high quality. We got our vehicle back immaculately detailed, inside and out. This is clearly a high-demand shop, so it took two months to get an appointment. That's just the way it is now since the pandemic. But once they had the vehicle it was repaired in less than two weeks. I hope we don't have any other collisions in the future, but if we do, we'll definitely be back.”
“Got my car detailed yesterday. They did an awesome job. I got the the full interior and exterior including polishing. They treated the convertible top and leather interior. They were also able to remove a couple small scratches and a paint scrape. Looks showroom new! Took about 4 hours. Cost with tip was $345, they do accept credit cards. Will return with our other vehicles.”
