“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. “Nick went above and beyond to help me at the car wash today when I realized I couldn't go through with my bike rack, he pulled out some tools and helped me remove it in the almost 90 degree heat! I had my kids in the car and I was so grateful for his willingness to go out of his way to help me when he saw me struggling to remove it myself. “I received a full interior detailing at the end of September this year. I was so worried because I have cloth seats and chipotle spilled in the passenger seat and chicken both had spilled on the floor. Both things caused staying and smells. The detailers did such a great job and were so efficient! Great service and the owner is friendly and professional!”
“Great, as always! Delta Sonic Palatine is the BEST facility around. I've been a DS customer for years and have always had a 5 STAR experience. Edwin, the Mgr was great to talk with, on the phone as well as in person.
Aaron who did my Ceramic Protection Package treated my vehicle as if it was his own. When he was done he explained what he did and why and gave me advise on how to maintain it until my next years application.
I would highly recommend this facility, they take pride in what they do.”

“I always have a great experience at this car wash. Waldo, one of the attendants, took the time to explain all the new wash options and the memberships in a really clear way, which I appreciated a lot. Nick also always treats me really well whenever I pull up to the kiosk—his customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve seen. There was even a tall gentleman who helped me put my car in neutral once, which made things super easy.
My car always comes out looking great, and I’ve noticed a real difference since they started using the new graphene spray. my paint looks shinier and stays clean longer. I did have a little bit of water left on my rearview mirrors, but overall this is the best wash in Barrington for sure. Definitely recommend.”

“Really nice new gas station/car wash! The gas is not horribly priced compared to some other stations not too far away. Their car wash is really nice too. If you have never, they have a great deal for first time car wash users! It's $9.95 for the first month of unlimited car washes. You also get up to 30 cents off of gas and a free large drink! I also like that they added a Scooters in the area. It's tasty coffee if you have never had!”

Hands down the best car wash in the area — and the only TouchL<3SS automatic car wash I found within a 30 mile radius.
• The TouchLess wash is excellent (Pro tip: wait for the green light ? before pulling out or the blowers shut off early!).
• Plenty of self-serve bays with great pressure and options.
• Prices are very fair, and the soaps/chemicals actually seem high-quality and work well.
• They just repaved the entire lot and entrance — huge improvement, no more potholes!
Big shout-out to MK — super friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to make the experience even better.
I’ve been driving 20 minutes each way to come here for the past year… and it’s 100% worth the trip (or even a short detour if you’re nearby). Highly recommend!”

“Got my car detailed yesterday. They did an awesome job. I got the the full interior and exterior including polishing. They treated the convertible top and leather interior. They were also able to remove a couple small scratches and a paint scrape. Looks showroom new! Took about 4 hours. Cost with tip was $345, they do accept credit cards. Will return with our other vehicles.”
