In all honestly, the *majority* of my visits to Chase involve pulling $$$ out of the ATM. Rarely ever do I deposit money into my account, outside of the direct deposits associated with my paycheck and whatnot. In fact, if it weren't for places (like a certain doughnut van) taking only cash, tipping on the rare occasion where I don't just add it to my bill (like when out with friends), I don't think I'd use cash. Cash is just cumbersome. You've got to count it out, add some change with your bills if needed and then count your change to make sure you've gotten the right amount back. To be honest, I trust the cashier's judgment and just stuff it back into my wallet so I can get out of there, especially if there's a line behind me. To me, using cash slows down the whole transaction, which is why credit cards or better yet, Apple Pay are far superior methods of payment. I'd never carry lots of straight up cash in my wallet, lest my purse gets snatched. *knock on wood* Though, if I got my phone stolen, I'd be in big trouble. But, I keep a close eye out on it, so all is good. *knocks on wood again* Anyway, with regard to this particular Chase location, it's pretty much like the others in the area. I believe there's a drive up, but don't count me on that. The location is nice since the Sunset Foods and other shops are nearby. Pulling out cash from the ATM is super easy (almost too easy) and you can get into the location using your card if you've shown up after hours. All in all, aside from my growing inability to *deposit* money, this Chase is a pretty good location and I wouldn't hesitate to hit it up if you're in need and in the area. I haven't had any issues - then again, my transactions have been basic.
