“I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”

“I went to this store to get a stain matched. Louise made it happen. He was very polite, knowledgeable and patient. It took 5 or 6 tries, but he got it done. It is very hard to match a stain. I had been to 2 other paint stores with no luck.The store is very clean and organized. I would recommend this store for your painting needs.”
