When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint. For me, it made a big difference. And very friendly to boot!”
