Another Verizon store is much closer to me than this location, but the difference in customer service is definitely worth the drive. I really appreciated the thorough explanation of my bill and eligible discounts and promotions that I received. Jason and other store staff were courteous, friendly, and accommodating. I initially thought to buy the new phone outright although decided to purchase it over a three-year service commitment and not go directly to the manufacturer because doing it that way felt right based on how I was treated at this Verizon store (in Long Grove).

Need to update your hours. Here on Tuesday at 615 and already locked up. Google said 7pm and that this was confirmed 1 week ago. Disappointing.

I had called numerous area Verizon stores and Amina was the only one who took the time to see if they had the phone I was interested in.
Went to the store and met with her and Jason and was extremely impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help me. Seeing my concerns instead of pushing a sale they explained to wait until I returned from vacation and revisit the purchase then
The two of them truly understand the meaning of customer care opposed to corporate care and sell just to get the numbers
I HIGHLY recommend them and will return to make my purchase

I had a great experience with Natalie at the Verizon store. She was so patient, reassuring, and got my relative’s phone switched to a prepaid plan. As many others have stated it seems entire staff gives great customer service.

They are the most knowledgeable and professional sales people I have ever met with my 25 years of Verizon cell phone service.
