They won’t rent to you if they don’t like you. Horrible customer service skills and unprofessionalism. Very rude, especially the store owner John. Rent a center is a lot better and much more friendly.

I'm looking for a refrigerator. I had already gone to look in the store but the servers told me that I had to go back and talk to their manager in charge so he could give me the cash price. When I went he didn't even take the time to show me anything. He just told me what it cost. I doubled the product if I wanted it, he didn't give me more options, very rude and bad service, I will never return to this place, very bad experience.

Would not recommend!!! The men that deliver are extremely rude. The manager was walking around my house and looking in windows and tries to intimidate his customers. He showed up unannounced and screamed at my son. Tried to come in the house while yelling at my son all while I was not home. Very unprofessional and disrespectful company. They send junk mail almost every day and spam call and text your phone. If there was an option for 0 stars they would get it.

They have a show room of new couches and furniture. They have a big selection. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you about pricing. I have no clue as to the current price of furniture. Then they have the used couches, in another building. It smells atrocious in that building. I don’t know if you’d buy a item from there that it might smell, pretty musty, also.

Terrible. They wait until you're down to the last few payments then start harassing you. Never paid late fees but now they add a late fee the next day after the payment date. You can't log into the app to see your contract or see how many payments you have left. So you will have to call them so they can tell you whatever they want. They also send out a lot of junk mail. Terrible company with terrible employees. They are scam artists who take advantage of people going through a tough time. You'll end up paying 2500 for a 700 dollar couch. I wouldn't recommend at all. Stay away
