Set up an appointment to see a vehicle. Dealership confirmed the appointment with me in the morning. It was a 1 Hour drive so I called to update them on my ETA when we left the house. They told me my vehicle would be pulled around and ready, and which dealership to go to. They also said they would be texting me the name of the sales rep to ask for. 58 minutes into our drive we get a call that the vehicle had sold the previous day and the rep offered nothing but a halfhearted apology. On the way home we stopped at another dealership that showed a vehicle online that we wanted to see. When we got there, unfortunately, that vehicle was out as a service loaner. The rep apologized profusely and offered to fill up our gas tank. I never would expect this level of service from a sales rep but it made me realize just how much Napleton Audi DID NOT care about me and my time, especially when I went out of my way to confirm multiple times.

Justin Reid does a really good job of making sure the customer gets what they want. After pretty much testing all the Honda SUV's available, we finally found the one. I am loving my new Honda Passport. Give Justin a call at Napleton's on Riverside the next time you are looking for a car.

Excellent experience. Devan did an excellent job of helping me get what I wanted and was always very helpful. Even helped setup my Google Assistant with my mobile phone.

Went in to buy a truck. Ready to purchase. Service manager said they didn’t do the oil change. There was an issue with a tire so it needs 3 other new ones and it recently had a leak that was fixed and needs a fuel filter.Told the used sales manager we’d take it for the price it’s listed out the door. He looked at us and said “if you can’t afford it you can just leave”. His name is Rob Drake. That is the most prejudice comment I’ve ever heard. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE.Our salesman Stephen was kind though and even apologized afterwards.

Bri Wimberly was very knowledgeable and helpful with the new car buying process! The price we had discussed on the phone was the price I paid, no extra hidden fees. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car from Napelton!

A great experience at Napelton Audi. From the moment entering the building the customer service was great. Working with Bri she was able to answer questions and make this sale go smoothly. She was on top of everything. Larry was a great help in the financing dept. Tim answered a few of our questions.Such a nice group of people to work with. At the end Bri brought our car up to the door. Thanks guys for such great service.

OK. You want comments. Classic bait-and-switch dealer. Advertise low price and then tack on BS dealer fees. Also can't help but notice that the car in question is still listed on your website (two days after it supposedly was loaded on a truck and sent to auction). Just be better.

Where do I start? ! I am forever grateful to John Azpuru. To be short- I spoke with 10 dealers in 3 states and they all told me I could not get the CRV I wanted. Well, John said he could (I did not believe it!) and sure enough, he texted me a day later and said he could get one! Then he kept in touch with me every step of the way. I still can't believe how much he did to help me find the perfect car for my older father in law. In fact, the entire process was awesome. Our salesmen, Christopher Woods, who handled the paperwork was fantastic. Then I bought a cargo liner and instead of just handing it to me, the gentleman in Service who sold it to me walked it to the car and put it in. Even the young lady at the reception desk was super nice! Just a fantastic experience! I cannot thank John and his team enough....they made me and my father in law's weekend!! Added a picture of THE CRV! Awesome vehicle too!
