Jason was amazing! He helped me with checking my battery and even replaced it for me! He took the time to talk about the different options, and showed exactly how to change it! I came in during a busy time, although I had to wait for Jason to come back out to replace it I did not mind because of his awesome customer service! Thank you Jason 👏😁

Outstanding Service from Doug!
I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone thanks to Doug. He went above and beyond to help me with exactly what I needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I left with the right parts and confidence to get the job done. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days—Doug is definitely an asset to the team. Highly recommend!

This store has always been able to guide me towards taking good care of my car. Amber was very descriptive of what comes with each brake kit, made suggustions of what would be more effecient to purchase and also helped me with prices.

I have been working on my 2012 charger. Desperately trying to purge all the air out of my cooling system. Day after day I’m back at this autozone asking questions and getting help from the amazing staff! Amber was extremely nice and informative along with the rest of the staff!

I called the Loves Park IL Auto Zone and the young lady I spoke to was absolutely, amazing. Her name is Amber and I highly recommend her for all your questions you may need for your car, she didn't hesitate one bit she just jumped right into asking what was going on and how can she help me, after getting off the phone with her I drove to the store and got what I needed and she was even more helpful and the sweetest person there. Thanks again for all your help Amber I'll be seeing you again I'm sure !!!!
