This place has gotten so inconvenient I have been a customer for a while now over 3 years no bathroom there was back then . Also there are no cars to transport your stuff to the unit The place has gotten worse lack of management and with there policies and attitudes

We rent a parking space outside. It used to be $80.00 a month and they indiscriminately decided to increase the price to $180.00 without as much as a phone call. I would rather sell my camper than pay that kind of money to park it on a small piece of pavement.

We rented a unit from Boxed Up in Loves Park in August 2024 and had it for a couple months. When we rented the unit, the office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. We had a good experience with this location. We liked that it's climate controlled, clean, has several access doors in different areas of the building, multiple security cameras inside and outside and the ease of moving in and out. We had no problems and the other renters of units were friendly. The only suggestion I have is that more moving carts should be bought for the facility, especially for times when a few people are moving in and out at the same time. I only saw 2 carts - a newer silver one and a much older one - and my husband walked the entire facility looking for more on several occasions. I think customers would appreciate having a couple more to use, I know we could've used another one or two. Overall, it was a good experience and if we need a storage solution in the future we will use them again. Thank you!

Regina was an absolute BLESSING to say the absolute least. This was my first time ever renting a unit, and to say I was anxious was an UNDERSTATEMENT! She made my sign up process a breeze, and made sure to take the time to educate me on the unit, sizing, and procedure. 100% recommend this location over any simply just because of Regina. THANK YOU!

DO NOT GO THERE! Not only are they expensive compared to others in the area, but the "female" in charge of the Loves Park establishment must be very miserable. I will not call her a 'woman' or 'lady', as this person does not exhibit any warm feelings whatsoever! She is extremely rude, a control freak and lacks the personality required for the service industry! There is no "service" here, except for the regional manager, Juan. He is decent. I will tell ten people who will tell another ten people and hopefully word will get around.
