Went here one time to get gas because the sign said it was a good price. But when I went to pump it it said a completely different number on my recipe. When I told the clerk he did refund me and I told him this is illegal and false advertisement. I won't be back and I don't think anyone else should either.

Customer service always lacks at this location- but tonight their scratch off machine wasn't accepting winning tickets. Totally fine- but I walked in with my tickets and the little, angry boy damn near scolded me (when seeing scratchers in my hand) that their machine wasn't working and I needed to go to mobile, when I hadn't even spoken to him at this point. He completely cut off the conversation he was having with the woman he was helping right before I walked in- then I saw a ticket in her hand so realized he was being rude about that before seeing my tickets and just passed the vibe off to me. I told him he could be a little more polite, she said she thought the same thing, and I walked out. I don't go here much because, well, its never friendly but is on my way home/I just needed to turn in and buy more scratchers. But definitely will run out of gas and be stranded before giving them my business (lol)

Went this morning with my circle k fuel card which I’m paying monthly to have 20 cent off per gallon. Lady that scanned my card didn’t bother making sure it was all good before I pumped gas. Paid the full amount when I filled up my car! Felt like she was rushing to get me out and didn’t are

Went in this morning to get change for a $20 bill, I come here all the time because it's right next to my car dealership where I go and make payments. Well this morning I encountered Mariah and Joanie I believe that's their name they were the rudest! Joanie came around and gave me 5 singles out of her purse, but the ladies acted like I was asking for money from them when I only wished to get change. the attitudes of these women, they should not be allowed to deal with customers. Never going back to this store again...

Talk about attitude!! This mornin I was paying for my stuff. I had to do two different transactions since I got gas. She give a big long sigh of disapproval for me having to do this. So I just bought my stuff and left. I will give somewhere else my business from now on. I know that times are hard and if people feel like they can't be decent to each other but man she looked miserable . If you don't want to work in customer service.Get a job at a warehouse!! I really hope she decides to retire soon.

Worst customer service ever. The clerk "Grace" needs to stop being rude to customers, this was only my second time in this Circle K, I started telling her what I wanted she said I already know and grabbed swisher sweets, I said I don't want those, I want Marlboro special select, then she had a snotty remark about she couldn't hear because of the mask I said you didn't let me finish what I was asking for, then she said well I don't have to serve you. I just moved to this area, I have to find a different place to go with my business.

I have had the worst customer service experience of my life at a circle k store in loves park on 6/18/18 at 11 PM. It was a terrible thunderstorm my husband worked 13 hours and I just got an 11 hour shift. We went to pick up a boot dryer from my parents because his feet were drenched from the thunderstorm. Well me and my husband went to fill up our tank, grab some snacks, and also get some cigarettes. After we spent around four minutes in the store my husband was declined from purchasing anything for no shoes. I would've assumed a decent person would ask as soon as he went in but this man wanted the satisfaction and power of saying no. So I grabbed my things with a tee shirt pants and sandals on i was turned away from business also with normal clothing on. Then the j*** proceeded to tell my husband "if he had common sense he would know better" I cant believe someone with that small amount of power would say such things instead of politely asking him to leave when he walked in. Two it is discrimination to decline me a normally clothed customer who didnt do anything decline service. I will be taking further action and will not be coming back until action is taken upon said employee. He was so rude and belittled us I have met CEOs and Doctors with more humility than that man.

There is one guy at this location who is obviously stealing money by taking items that are on special and charging full price for them then takes your money and gives you back change then takes a little calculator and will give you back a dollar or so. Its happened to me over 15 times now and he is the only person who does this. I got 3 2 liters for 3 dollars saposidly(its what the deal is) and two candy bars for 11 dollars that were also on sale. I live right down the street and it cost me 7 dollars when anyone else is working. But not this idiot. He looks like a meth head and has the brain capacity of one also. Everytime he is working I have to argue with him to get my money taken off and he claims its the only way it works but every other person in the store swipes the card and it comes off automatically. If they had a manager he would have already been fired but calling corporate to report this obviously isn't doing the job. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place is a joke and they will rip you off.

This veteran was refused service because I support the 2nd Amendment. I've been a customer for many years and will never return to this location or any other Circle K due to the experience I had on December 21, 2017.

Worst gas station EVER. They have a male blonde clerk who smells of the most disturbing B.O I've ever smelt. And then if he isn't working it's an old grey haired man who is just flat out weird and rude. I'll seriously go OUT OF MY WAY to avoid this gas station.
