Had to make the hard decision to put our almost 12 year old 120lbs+ dog down. I called multiple vets in the area, and no one would see us until I called here.I called and spoke with the vet about what we needed done and why, her only request was that I had someone carry him in and out once it was done which was not a problem and I honestly expected that from any place with such a big dog.I showed up for our appointment and got all needed paperwork filled out and the fee paid before hand. They made the process simple and easier for us, once we got him on the table it was done quickly and we were able to take him home to his final resting place.Without their kindness he would have suffered until I could find somewhere to get him in. He was not a patient of theirs but they knew we needed help and stepped up to help us in our desperate time of need.

Very good, shots very reasonable, usually can get you an appointment at decent times, in emergencies also great

Dr. Smith is probably my favorite vet I've ever worked with. She's a little short with people, but absolutely adores and dotes on all the critters that come through. For example, she found out one of my dogs favorite treats during our last visit and made sure to sneak me one for her as I was leaving.

I have been going to Dr Cathy for over 50 years. The quality of care and compassion is above and beyond all expectations. My cats are worth any wait times or check cashing issues. She doesn't need the money, she just wants the best for ur pets. Many of my cats lived to be 20 or more years old with Dr Cathy's attention and experience. If ur wondering, just check her 5 star ratings! She's very reasonably priced and a true Dr. Doolittle. I hope she never retires.

She's nice and good with animals, but the wait time from scheduled appointment time is horrendous. Show up an hr after your appointment and youll be fine, or go check in go then go do something for an hr or so and come back. Probably the last time well go back but good vet from what ive seen but only got my dogs nails clipped...

Very accommodating to my big guy "Major". Reasonable prices and patience while dealing with a not so willing patient.

I wrote a check for my visit there a year and a half ago, and they just cashed it. The staff was not very friendly, and they did not even help with the problem I brought my dog in for. I went to another vet after I was there and actually got good results. I do not recommend taking any animals here.

She is compassionate towards pets but she's more concerned about money then a dog or cats life. I've had four of my dogs pass away because of a money thing with her! I wish I would have taken my pets somewhere else after the first dog passed!

Wonderful service. Was able to have my cat seen right away. Dr. Smith is very caring and communicates very well about my pets progress. My cat is now home and healthy.

Brought our 14 yr baby to her. A Dauschund. She had fallen. We couldn't get her in anywhere else.We brought her in on a Tuesday She had never been away from us. We had to wait quite a while for return calls. We had to schedule after hour visits. We saw her on the Wednesday ...she looked like there was hope.By the time we brought her home on Friday she was Severely Dehydrated....Hadn't really eaten. Was very withdrawn. We were told she hadn't cried at all while there. Now I even wonder if anyone stayed overnight. All I know is we brought her to the Animal Emergency Hospital( wonderful place o Spring Creek...walk in only!) Not even 10 hours after brought her home from Companion. She was put to rest and my baby came home in a box.*Footnote*When we had picked her up on that Friday tho...We didn't expect to be doing so. She never informed us. We just told she'd call after hours. When we came in her assistant was surprised she was going home. Her response was "she's got what she needs to care for her". I wish I had brought my baby home that Wednesday....She needs to retire!
