You guys don’t go here! At all I went in so they can see my phone for a missing button I didn’t realize it since it was for my son phone! And the guy who works there took a look at my son phone and they say they couldn’t do anything about it and I Need it to dial the 611 number for customer service! And he took out the cover of the phone hard and forced to take out so he can give me the IMEI number and I noticed the screen was lifted up and the other side of the button is broken! And they said they didn’t noticed yeah right but he had it on his hand to look at it. I’m just frustrated because they really can’t do anything about it but it was his fault. not worth it here if you have a problem they can’t do anything about it clearly they don’t want to be blamed for And it wasn’t at my fault and I talked to the manager Colin here he couldn’t replaced the phone, because he said I already took the phone broken for a button, and he can’t pay for it or come out of his pocket or replace it because I brought to them to fix it but he broken even more the screen doesn’t even turn on or off the screen is lifted up. They said I could buy another phone and happy to let go of the other charges. but why would I buy another phone if it wasn’t at my fault and it was the workers fault because it happened at the store. they broke the whole screen was lifted up and the other side of the button is broken is just NOT WORTH COMING HERE THEYLL GIVE YOU PHONES THAT DONT EVEN LAST A MONTH. I BOUGHT 4 phones 2 of them don’t even turn on or off anymore and they don’t even want to take care of the situation when is the stores employee fault I’m just frustrated. Because I came in there for more like budget , but I’m just here to WARN OTHERS. No wonder they have 3 stars. look at the reviews before you go to any store! Obviously they will be nice when they sell you the phone so you could buy it But they won’t deal with your problems.

I took my grandmother in to upgrade her phone. Melvin was the tech that assisted us and he was fabulous. He was so kind and explained step by step, cost, and was fast. I’ve never had good cell phone store service from any retailer so this far exceeded my expectations. He was amazing!!!

I have 4 phone lines for $100 a month for my family. Plans are cheap and you if you have your own compatible phone you can set it up. You also can also get a line of credit to purchase one of their phones. I've traveled to Mexico numerous times and service was excellent.

Phenomenal job! Went to this location with my boyfriend on Monday 4/17. We went around 6p.The lady on staff at end of the day was by herself. No manager, no coworkers. No exaggeration. She ran the entire store and served everyone in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable about each Moto product and treated each person with kindness and compassion. She was so kind to us and I truly appreciate her customer service. She deserves a bonus, a raise and to be promoted in some form or fashion to store manager or district manager. Ask for her if you go to this location because it was definitely worth it.

I took my friend to this Cricket Store and the two gentlemen, Colin and Melvin were the best. My friend had to get her phone transferred to her name due to a death and she did not have any of the information that her son had used to set her phone up, but, Colvin worked with her and got everything resolved without any problems. And it didn’t take him much time so he evidently knows what he is doing. Great job Would highly recommend this store to anyone

The young man that helped me was professional and helpful. I got the phone and screen saver as I have other apple products and did not think I needed the charger. As I was purchasing the phone, the manager made a big deal about the charger he felt I needed with two inserts (not sure what they are called) instead of just one. They would be the one used in the future he said and I would be one of the first to use it. I got home and found I did not need the charger, called them and immediately went back to store to find they could not give me a credit. The manager insisted he had not showed me the charger he had demonstrated to me. They refused a refund and I got a car charger instead. I would give the younger man 5 stars and the manager one. Ask every question carefully, what is refundable, why do I need that, etc.

Never buy any type of accessories. They don't take returns. I exchanged the same pair of headphones twice and they both don't work. Batteries are shot out of the box.
