It was more expensive than I thought it would be and I was surprised I needed to purchase insurance but the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and he answered all my questions and explained the precedures.

I was very upset that a big sign in front of the building, visible from East Riverside, advertised “FIRST MONTH FREE” , but it was false advertising!! How do you get by with “lying” to the public? I rented a unit because of the location, but public be aware - they can’t be trusted!!!

Was able to reserve a large space online/phone support. Customer service was very good. It was Sunday and the office was closed but we were able to get in to the space very quickly same day and they had a great set-up. Highly recommend!

Always wanted to increase prices without telling you and never being honest about why they increase (cost of living is at it’s lowest point and no real business in the area).
