customer service was awful. got a rental for an accident i was in, phone was never answered to confirm when i was supposed to be picked up. the person who picked me up was 20 minutes late. i was told i wouldn’t be able to have a confirmation till i called and did so, but nobody answered over the five hours throughout the day i tried to call and confirm. was called back to try and resolve the issue and the man never sent the voucher he promised for my bad experience, and also never called back at the time we agreed upon to fix this issue. save your $$ and find a different rental service.

They never pick up their phone!!! Went in to pick up my frequent rental from them on a Sunday at noon. 1 poor employee is doing everything. There are 6 people inside now with every car is dirty. She is washing and delivering them one at a time sort of. Saw her bring a clean car up front but didn't give it to anyone. Then she went behind the counter and checked us all in. Then another car to the back to clean. I accepted a dirty car to get out faster and help her out. If she doesn't quit I'd be surprised. You have my #.

Made a reservation for a pick up at noon and we’re told they had no cars available and wouldn’t until around 5pm and they would call if cars got dropped off sooner. Reservation was made days in advance. If the pick up time couldn’t be fulfilled, management should have reached out beforehand and offered an alternative solution than wasting my time driving up there.

Trying to get a vehicle for a insurance claim and I can't even get them to answer the phone. Goes through the automated system and then says "the voicmail isn't set up yet" and hangs up on you. It's happened multiple times. Also makes it really difficult for you guys to rent vehicles. Thanks.

Read the reviews, do not use this location. You may not get a car. Poor customer service, if not just outright liars. Showed up to get Carr, told me no cars available, nothing they could do call customer service to complain. Promise me a car said someone would contact me. Never heard from anyone they're closed now.

Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. They made sure that I had everything needed before driving off. I was accidentally dropped at the wrong enterprise location by the driver. However upon learning this, this Enterprise location helped me right away to get in a nice rental car, without any issues whatsoever. If you’re ever in need of a rental car, I highly recommend Enterprise. In the future I will only rent with enterprise.

Right before I left to get the rental that I confirmed they canceled it. Then said I can get you in the day after my rental was to return. Like seriously if I wanted it next week I would of reserved it for them. Not only is this poor customer service but seriously a lack of common sense. Will never rent from this place again.

I rented from Enterprise Car Rental June 10 to June 24. The process was easy and fast. The Agent walked me through all things concerning the car. The return process was no problem. The car had no problems during the time I had the rental, it was clean and ready for me to begin my Vacation.
