The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. My water heater broke under warranty and they got me a replacement part under warranty within minutes. They didn’t give me a hard time like other companies with the return/exchange part warranty. Overall a great company and I look forward to doing more business with them!

I went to 4 other supply houses..... they did not have what I needed. Only Ferguson had my part! And Kieth at the desk had a great sense of humor...... in and out in just a few minutes. Will look here first next time.
