From start to end, I had a great experience with Elise & Mike. They were very patient with me (as I can be a bit indecisive at times). Finally picked out what I liked & they ordered it & once they had it, it was installed in 2 days & honestly the inside of my house now looks like a totally different house. Excellent experience from start to finish. Very friendly. Very professional. And they always responded very quickly when I had questions. Showed up exactly when they said they were going to which everyone knows can be a struggle when it comes to having work done at your home. And they did an excellent job all around! This is our 2nd time purchasing floors from Flooring Trends. Mike & Elise give exceptional customer service, from start to finish.On installation day, Mike comes on-time with his crew. They installed our floors beautifully and in a timely manner! The day after they finished, we noticed water seeping underneath our utility room floors caused by our furnace. After the water leak was fixed, Mike returned to check out our floors and make sure there was no water damage. This gave us such peace of mind. This kind of customer service is why we pick Flooring Trends.

Elise is very knowledgeable when it come to wood, Vinyl and Laminate flooring. This business also does tile for both floors and walls. This is the second time we used them because they are easy to work with.

We chose this company due to their fantastic reviews, and we were not disappointed! They did such a beautiful job and went way above the Call of Duty! Everything was perfect when we returned after leaving them alone for about a day and a quarter to place Laminate flooring on the entire living room, dining room and hallway kitchen and Hall!They don't know this, but I own quite a few properties and they will definitely be my go-to company as needed! Kudos to all of them!

We hired Flooring Trends to install flooring in our home. From the time we first met Elise to when Mike came to install the flooring we were impressed. They are very friendly, knowledgable & did a wonderful job! I would also like to mention that there were a few unexpected things that came up during installation and Mike came right to us explained everything and was honest. Great family run business. Elise and Mike could not be more professional and nice. We had a small job, (2 bathrooms) and the installation was far better than the other installations I have seen. FAR BETTER!
