Screwed up my husbands business taxes 2 years in a row. Thought he fixed them but a short time later, realized he screwed them up again causing us to get denied for a house loan. Not only that but he took forever to finish them up. Promised to have them to us by a certain date but then repeatedly kept pushing the date back. Went weeks w/o communicating. Will not recommend him.

Had great tax preparation service at really reasonable rates. Jim even goes the extra mile when problems happened thanks to a clerical error with the state and federal depts. of revenue. Been my go-to guy for 15 years and I'm thankful he is.

Bad communication between the secretary and the other employees. I had to make several trips out to their office because they would not take my phone calls seriously.
