They had reasonable prices and the kindest salesmen. They were very helpful and honest. They didn’t overwhelm you and allowed you to do your own searching. They were knowledgeable on the vehicles and what was on their lot. I will buy again from them.

We’re now at 76 days since purchasing the truck, and still no title even though we were told it would arrive within 60 days. We’ve followed up a few times and I talk with what must be the office manger and he says “we’ll have him call you back” and we have not yet received a call back. On top of that, we’ve asked repeatedly about a trim piece the owner personally promised us for the interior. Now they’re saying Ford doesn’t make it despite the fact that we found it online together at the dealership, and a Ford dealer confirmed they have it in stock.
The truck has already been to the dealer 6 times for problems that should have been caught during the “full inspection” Kar Korner claimed they did before the sale.
At this point, it’s just ridiculous. A customer should not have to chase down a title or a part the owner promised. When you spend this kind of money, you expect better communication and follow-through.
We hope someone from Kar Korner sees this and finally follows up on both the missing title and the trim piece.

Chris and Ryan are very easy to work with and very upfront and transparent with the pricing. I’m glad that I made my van purchases with kar korner. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and for sure will be buying my future vehicles from them again.

Reached out to Kar Korner about a used Bronco Sport they have on the lot. Bob emailed me back asking me about my trade in, and money down I was offering. I responded, answering his questions, but never heard from him again despite reaching out several times after that. I wound up going to another dealership, and got a bronco sport with ease. I guess Bob didn’t feel like working last week…

When I went to Kar Korner in search for a car after an accident, i was immediately greeted by Chris. I explained my situation that I had been going through, the price point I needed to be, and what years were going to work for my credit union. From there Chris, led me to my now new car! When test driving and looking at the car, we noticed some cosmetic things wrong with the outside of the vehicle. Once we pointed them out, Chris was more than happy to have them be fixed with no additional costs added to the vehicle. Overall, my experience working with Chris and Kar Korner was smooth going, communicative, and highly appreciated. I would highly recommend stopping here for your next car search!

We recently purchased a truck from Kar Korner, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Our salesperson, Bobby, was not pleasant to work with. Before making a 5-hour drive to the dealership, I asked him multiple times—at least five—with witnesses present, if the truck had any issues, damage, or flaws. Each time, he assured me it was “flawless.”
The day before our visit, Bobby sent a photo claiming the truck had just been detailed. When we arrived, it was one of the worst detail jobs I’ve ever seen. The paint was scratched from a car wash brush, and there were several rock chips. When I pointed these out, Bobby simply said, “Oh yeah,” clearly showing he was already aware of them.
During the test drive, we discovered a window that didn’t work. Bobby said he’d have his mechanic check it, but then suddenly the mechanic was “too busy.” The truck was also missing an interior piece. When I brought up these concerns, Bobby became defensive and acted as if we were being unreasonable.
The owner came out but wasn’t much better. He claimed the truck had passed their inspection, which based on what we saw, didn’t appear to be very thorough. He even admitted another vehicle on the lot had the same issue and said it would be covered under warranty. At nearly $80,000, those things should’ve been addressed before listing the truck—not left for the buyer to discover.
Despite our frustrations, we went through with the purchase. On the 5-hour drive home, we noticed a chipped windshield, scratches on the interior dash and glovebox, and discovered a warranty recall that had never been taken care of. Now the vehicle needs to go to a local dealer for multiple repairs.
To make matters worse, two days after the sale, Bobby called asking for documents he should have completed while we were there—after assuring us everything was already done.
Then, while getting new tires installed, the tire shop informed us that multiple wheel studs are cross-threaded and will need to be replaced, along with the lugs and possibly the wheel bearings—another costly issue that should have been addressed before sale.
We’ve purchased many new and used vehicles over the years, and we’ve never had an experience like this—not personally or from anyone we know. This dealership does not seem to take proper care in preparing vehicles or supporting their customers.
Bottom line: I would not recommend buying from Kar Korner—especially not with Bobby. He promised a flawless truck, but even the owner admitted that wasn’t true. For the money we spent, this was a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience.

After having my world rocked when my vehicle was totaled in an accident, Chris made the whole process of finding a similar vehicle seamless and painless. I was able to look at 7 different vans on their lot that were similar to the one I had lost. The price on the van I chose was not only fair, it was excellent. The care they took to make sure the vehicle was top notch was exceptionally over the top, bringing me much relief when I had to drive it across the country only a few days later. When I'm ready to upgrade, I will be back. Kar Korner has real people that actually care and the hugest selection of used vans I've ever found anywhere. 100% professionalism. Absolutely zero pressure sales. No need to haggle when the prices are so spot on accurate and fair. Thank you Chris and Ryan!

I had a very good experience with Kar Korner from the very start. Chris was wonderful from keeping me up to date and helping with any questions as I was working my way into my new vehicle after getting into an accident. Once I got there and got to meet the rest of the team they were very helpful and respectful as well. Would definitely recommend Kar Korner!
