My pedicure was wonderful and looks great! Thank you. I was so excited to treat myself to a new set of nails. Disappointed with the outcome. Excessive acrylic on sides of my nails. Bumpy and sharp. I think the sides should've been filed. I didn't realize it because it was adhered to the side of my nails and wasn't visible until I squeezed my skin away from it. Filling of nails wasn't uniform. I expected to have my nail cuticles cleaned up and pushed back. Maybe that's not included?? No moisturizing. my cuticles were so dry and still are. Disappointing, maybe ask about this before booking a appointment. If I'd known this. I would've push my cuticles back before going. Didn't want to say anything during the appointment and then feel awkward having to sit across from her for a hour. Again, my pedicure was exceptional! Think his name was Vincent. I left him a great tip!

Went in 10 minutes later turned my steering wheel my pinky nail snapped off came right back they told me they couldn't help me even though it's a holiday weekend worst place 0 stars.

We loved the work ethic and good job of nail tech Miss Kathy , she is friendly and so talented. Very recommended , a good asset for this business that coincidentally is called “L.A” and we moved from Los Angeles last year.

This place uses fake illegal acrylic powder! Went before Christmas and my nails started all lifting 1week in after the set. Came to my regular nail girl to soak them off and they soak off like gummy because it’s cheap fake powder they use.

Barely had this set 24 hours and the nails started falling off one by one. Don’t bother getting Gel-X here.

The staff here was very nice. And the facility is nice and clean and pretty. They did and acceptable job on both my manicure and pedicure. I give it four stars instead of five because I paid for a massage package but I got more of a foot rub and less of a massage. At other nail salons when I pay extra for all the works they give me a good deep foot and calf massage. Overall, my experience was good and I would return for a simple manicure and pedicure. Oh and if it's important to you, as it is to me, they speak English well. This is important to me because I like to communicate what I want and make sure that I'm understood and it's nice that you can chat with them a little if you'd like.
