“Mary and Bill at the Rockford location have been so incredibly helpful and friendly, I cannot thank them enough.My insurance and the sleep lab I went to ended up taking well over a month to get everything squared away, but these guys were persistent about making sure to stay on top of them so that I could get my CPAP machine as soon as possible.They are both so incredibly friendly, accommodating, and have spent more than my share of time answering my questions. I have never felt rushed or like I am a bother.Top notch customer service, flexibility, follow through..... If you need medical equipment in Rockford you would be nuts to go anywhere else!”
“I'm not sure why the 1 start review was left, but I have had nothing but exceptional service from this office. The woman on the phone was very helpful each time I called and was always very accommodating. I can only do appointments on Thursdays de to my job and she was still able to get me in the next week once my insurance approved. I did have to wait to get into them at first but that was because the insurance pre approval took forever, not them!My appointment was with Sylvie, She was very nice, knowledgable and went over each piece of equipment piece by piece and made sure I understood how each piece fit together and how to clean each piece.I have nothing but great things to say about them. Please do not let the 1 star review stop you from giving them a chance. I have had my equipment for almost 2 months and have not had any issues with the equipment or the App.”

“Adam was my guy yesterday bringing my tanks. He was so nice and very friendly and very helpful. He took the ex time to answer a few questions I had. I want him all the time. To bring me my stuff. I was a waitress for years and good customer service is very important he is a good one I hope he gets pay well because he sure deserves it. I also want to say my girl Cory has been awesome in helping me with everything she as helped me from the start with everything Not too many people would do what she as for me she has taken many phone calls from me and never gets upset about it her customer service is 100% hope she is getting pay well also.”
