We worked with Tony K to purchase our 2017 Mercedes GLA online and the whole process was seamless. Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with, he wasn't pushy about making a sale, he was thorough and he kept in contact throughout the sale and delivery of the vehicle. It was overall a great experience!

I scheduled a "free" maintenance for today because it's nearing my oil change time. I was told that I wouldn't be able to do it because my oil change alert wasn't on. This is a service I was charged by Napleton for. It's supposed to be free from Honda. But yeah, I have a maintenance package receipt. So I can't change my oil 200 miles early that I paid for, when it's a convenience for my schedule, and being proactive to take care of my vehicle.
Buying the car was smooth, but this Stealership, is about as worthless as a wasp after the fact. They also sent me a spam mailer saying it was time for an upgrade a year after I bought my vehicle. Not if they were the last Stealership in this area.

John and Chris were super helpful in getting me in to a new Ridgeline! Drove all the way from Pittsburgh to take advantage of the great deal and customer service. They even dropped off the car to where I was staying. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience!

Fran and Britnee couldn't have been more cordial. I didn't make the best deal on my trade, but I don't suppose they did either. I'd suggest you pre-arrange financing; PNC, their go-to, is sky high, rate-wise. Bottom line: maybe next time I'll make a better deal. I'd go back.

This review is wayyy overdue, but I had to share how great my purchase experience was with Charlie. I bought my Audi Q8 in Dec 2021 and now almost 2 years later everything has been awesome with the car. The financing was fantastic and easy and Charlie was super helpful on everything I needed with the car. Additionally, he was able to help my wife out with some information she needed for her Audi which was unrelated to this purchase.I'll definitely be coming back to him and Napleton Auto Werks when I'm ready for an upgrade. Everything was awesome and I couldn't have asked for a smoother purchasing process!

made an appointment a week ago for a CRV for a recall item, received a conformation call yesterday to be there today. i get there today and they don't have the part they need to fix the car. they said sorry so i guess everything is ok. NOT. 7-25-23.

stay clear of this place. absolutely the worst place to do business. 1 1/2 hrs of game playing to return a few Honda parts for an insurance job that went through a tornado. When the car came into our shop for repairs, cleaned all dirt and pine needles off it was obvious that the vehicle had been completely blasted with chips on every painted panel, glass, trim, wheels, etc. Contacted insurance company for a second look at the vehicle and the adjuster then totaled the car rightfully so. called explained the situation to Michael in parts he brought the order up on his screen and read off all the parts I had and said I needed to email my copy of the parts for some code to align itself. two days go by and no reply back. I sent my driver to Napletons to return parts in person. she told them she was fine with a restocking fee right from the get go 1 1/2hrs of them playing games with her she's finally on her way. The manager also commented to her that there should have been no reason to email a copy of our invoice since they had one of their own. Hope this helps the next person that's thinking about going to Napletons.

Absolute worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle. The finance manager will waste your time and he's a j**** Had my financing arranged before I got there, and he was not too happy about that. Literally all he had to do was provide the bank w the correct numbers and the deal was done. He made things way more complicated than they needed to be....as I have done multiple car loans w my bank and NEVER had issues like Larry the finance manager made up. Stay far away from these guys.

Not one to leave reviews on the internet but shortly after purchasing from this Napleton's (Nissan side) I chose to cancel the warranty I financed for ~$2.6k. Cancelling this warranty required nearly 7 months of my life as my finance point of contact (Larry Hansen) was giving me the run around! Larry would claim to finalize documents, sign documents, fax/mail them to the appropriate parties - after following up with said parties (Wells Fargo for the refund check and Compass Protection for confirmation of warranty cancellation) both confirmed they'd never heard from Larry.Because he never got frustrated or raised his voice, my original guess was that he was incompetent and was simply overlooking things. However, after forcing Larry onto surprise three-way calls with both parties I realized that Larry wasn't following through on any of his promises! Larry, for some reason, chose to lie to me for months. He managed to always act ignorant to the situation - "did you get it? ah man, my team sent it let me double check with my front desk staff. i'm sorry".Larry wasn't able to fib the parties directly so the surprise three-way calls did the trick :). Although I secured my refund, it felt imperative that I broadcast Larry's unethical behavior. What did I ever do to you Larry?I know everyone's name in this office at this point, feel free to contact me if you need anything googlers.It was fun playing - thanks for the refund Larry ;)

I purchased my Mercedes GLS on June 2021 with Bumper to bumper warranty. The car broke down this week and I went to fix it at the dealership . The fuel injector was bad and they refused to cover it . Avoid this dealership they will try to screw you up by selling cars with the higher price then online and not following the purchase agreement .

Love having routine service done here, quality mechanics instead of quick lube teenagers. Staff very friendly, and with coupons service price is hard to beat.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Joe Sanchez does not need to be a salesman and Larry the financial guy doesn’t need to be in that area either. I bought a 2014 Chevy spark from this place. They said they would take it to see a mechanic and never did. The tried pulling the car off as a good car and put something in the transmission to cover up the problem as a good car. Not even 48 hours the transmission was slipping and check engine light was on. Larry the financial guy also scammed me, I paid cash!!!!! Larry tried ripping me off $14,000. Never will I ever go here again. Find a different place to shop at.
