Made an appointment almost 2 months in advance. They called to cancel the appointment at the last minute and told me they could reschedule my appointment for a month later. What a joke

I came to see my primary care physician. For those who missed him when he left the area briefly, Dr. Noah Simon has returned to the Rockford area and is available at OSF Medical Group - Rockcut Primary Care. He is the best primary care doctor and he has been my doctor for four years. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to listen. Dr. Simon has proven to be an excellent diagnostician and immediate care provider as well. We are fortunate to have him back in Rockford.

When calling for an appointment today the nurse we talk to needs to have be a little more pleasant , not so short with everything that's said . Ma'am you are working with the public , let go of the attitude not a nice quality to have .this rude woman's name was Leslie.

Called close to 5 o'clock this evening to get a Rx filled , talk to a nurse named Tonya , she was rude from the start ,she would not let me give her my name , finally she hung up on me . Now ,I am short on my AM pills . Thanks for your professional behavior Tonya . If you aren't happy in your career choice , maybe look for a new one .

Take a hard pass on this place.Non existent Neanderthal communication skills, and managed by Disney characters with the personality of an electriceel that I wouldn't trust operating a Dollar Store..

I called and asked if the accept my insurance. They said they did. They transfer my call to scheduling departmant then take all of my info including the my insurance info. Weeks later i got to my appointment they take copies of my insurance and info again. On my next appointment they then tell me my insurance is out of network and now im stuck with bills. They then tell me its my fault.. i would avoid this place!!

Very unhappy, waited 3 hours had an abscess on my upper gum half the size of a golf ball, massive pain, prescribed me some antibiotic cream and a glorified Tylenol, and sent me home, ended up at Swedes ER the next day, this isn't acceptable care.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Our 20 month old daughter woke up with a noticeable limp and agitation when touching her leg. We essentially assumed it could have been a fracture because she jumps around a lot causing her to fall. This was the only place open other than an E.R. on a Sunday.Once we were seen by a doctor, who I can’t remember, he refused to do any tests and said “she’s fine, I have kids, and this is normal”.The next day we took her to another doctor, who did an X-Ray and confirmed a fracture in her leg.Completely useless facility.

I just had a wonderful experience at OSF rock cut impromptu care center. Everyone was friendly and considerate. Susan Korf FNP was great. She calmed me down and listened so well, without interrupting me or cutting me off. Her examination was gentle and her diagnosis was clear and precise. She was not only compassionate and considerate, but she was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely return if I need an immediate care center if I knew she would be my health provider!

Prompt care doctor prescribed medication before even seeing me first. It came up on MyChart before she entered the room.

As a patient of OSF I have a lot of radiology appointments at this facility. Everyone has been wonderful to me and my family members. The reception desk, the registration, the techs have all been kind and professional. I feel safe in their hands.

Dr. Koneru and head R.N.'s, Diana and Tina are the worst. Been having care issues and discrimination issues so I reached out to the "head RN's" and they both treated me the same way. After messaging my doctor and both of them and speaking with them face to face, they have now decided to ignore me all together and refuse to reply to any messages or calls.I've been seen in 4 different hospitals, 6 ers, my gastro doc and everything and am literally dying and they refuse to help or even get back to me about my health issues. Ethics case has been opened against them. Please save yourself the time, money, and stress and DO NOT GO HERE! You will be looked down upon and treated as if you're not sick because of their lack of knowledge. DR. Koneru has a degree from a medical college in the slums of India. After searching her school on Google maps I was disgusted that this is the person who is treating me. I feel swindled and mistreated.
