The guys at Rays always knock it out of the park. I've trusted them multiple times after going to other shops around Rockford and having issues with steering wheel alignment afterwards and even a jam nut coming loose on a vehicle done at another shop (which just happens to be directly up the street from Rays)

Great experience with Ray, very upfront and honest about needed repairs. Will definitely use him again.
Ray started Ray's Alignments back in 2000. On board with Ray is his son Josh who works in the shop along with daughter Brandy who manages the front end of the business.
