I would not recommend. I went here the past couple years. Had my wisdom teeth taken out here. Took my kids here also . If you want to be hung up on and spoke to rudely this is the place to schedule an appointment. I missed an appointment after working night shift 12 plus hours 3 nights in a row . This appointment was scheduled months ago because they schedule far out for any type of appointment. I stated that I wasn’t confirmed for this appointment but was confirmed for my son’s appointment later in the week and was treated horrible for saying this. & had received a voicemail for my other sons appointment today .What advantage do I have for stating that ? Other than seeing if maybe in the future my appointment could be confirmed ? Instead I was talked down too. Treated like I was lying. Then hung up on for saying never mind about rescheduling my appointment because I don’t want to be treated like that. It was to the point a simple phone call where you could be nice or have the choice to not be nice , I understand phone calls can be difficult for some people but they have to remember that it is a person on the other end & that you are representing abusiness and that person has a choice if they want to continue coming to that business.

I love Riverside Dental! I noticed the remodel. My Dentist is Dr K. He is very respectful and thorough. He makes sure if I have questions or concerns before he leaves the room. My hygienist is Chris and she is very kind to remember me also encouraging me with special needs I have. Thanks to your office team also for their kindness!

Very professional, respectful, and efficient.I didn't have to wait long until my hygienist had me come for my cleaning. She clearly explained what she was going to do, regularly asked if I was doing okay, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.Next, my dentist filled a cavity. Again, he was very professional and respectful and was done in no time. One of the best experiences I've had at the dentist.

Had an appointment with Dr. K assisted by Diamond. Absolutely fantastic! They made sure I was comfortable and the dental work went great. I highly recommend Riverside Dental. Their administrative staff was phenomenal!

This was my first time at Riverside Dental and I’ve never had a dental experience this good. I was helped by Jessica and Dr. K, and they were so informative and helpful. I’ve never been so comfortable and educated at the dentist before. I can’t say enough good things.

First time visiting Riverside Dental Center and I felt they took such good care of me. Especially Rae, the hygienist, she was so gentle, informative and truly took the time to take care of me. Dr. K was super nice and also took the time to inform me of what was going on with my teeth and made recommendations. I highly recommend both Rae and Dr. K.

Dr. Hermanson and the staff of dental hygienists are great. My husband and I and our kids go here. No gimmicks or trying to get you to do things that you really don’t need. Very friendly and great with kids. Definitely would recommend. Thank you!!

Dr. Hermanson really listens to his patients; explains everything in everyday terms & is positive results focused.Lexi & his other assistant staff are equally wonderful - professional with just the right amount of friendliness!Absolutely ANY issues that I've encountered, Dr. Hermanson & staff have always promptly AND professionally addressed.Receptionist Jackie is definitely a wonderful part of my experience here with Dr. Hermanson & Riverside Dental! ?

Staff is always very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable. The doctor does a great job and the process time was minimal for my crown repair.

Abby did a tremendous job, providing important information and being so pleasant & efficient as hygienist. Dr Zammuto was very positive, giving multiple options for future dentistry (if needed) & his expertise today. Thanks to Kammi in billing, also, for always being so quick & friendly.

It saddens me to have to leave Riverside Dental after being a patient for 14 years. My children love Dr. Dave and Ottis over the years. However; as of late it feels as if we are just a number. It is impossible to get an appointment in timely manner, which with the abundance of hygienist it’s surprising. Booking 6-7 months out, after having to reschedule due to illness is frustrating. Last visit, we saw a different dentist and he was so impersonal not even speaking to me about my children’s teeth. Something Dr. Dave always does. In addition, even with full dental coverage insurance there is always a very high bill. Things have changed, which is expected just not sure it’s for the best?
