My dad bought his bike here & had a VERY good experience from his salesman. this is a very good bicycle shop to do business with! this was a great time to buy, as there are select bikes on sale; with plenty of time in Fall to ride!

Everything about this store and everyone working there are simply wonderful. Experts, friendly, professional and good choice of products. Kevin and Theodore are employees Trek should be cloning and rewarding.

Trek Bicycle in Rockford did a swap of a gift bike that we had received for one that was a better fit for our grandson. The bike hadn't been used and was brand new, but still, they didn't have to do that. They were so nice and very accommodating. We're really pleased with how they helped us.
