Called a few weeks in advance to reserve a 26 ft U-Haul. Showed up the day I reserved to pick it up and the truck was not available. Not only that, the wait at the store was very long because of incompetent workers. Was basically told it happens a lot.

This was my first time driving this type of vehicle. Everything was so easy! It was just like driving our truck. The latch was easy to open & secure. We used it for transporting party supplies to and from the venue. It was a life saver being able to take everything in one trip. Pick up was easy & fast. I requested a 7am pick up & was pleasantly surprised they were open that early! Dropped off at about 1am to the easily accessible parking lot & just dropped the key in the box. I highly recommend this for anyone having a party! Only $62 which included the $15 insurance!

Everything went well over all experience… only one minor issue uploading photos for mileage & gas, pictures of trucks condition (( for damage already done) issue resolved through email with customer service. 100% satisfied

This place really sucks I tell you one thing then when you get there and have the one thing done I tell you something else found a complaint against us outfit whether corporate office I need a shape upper ship out they don't honor what they say very disappointed Barry pissed off

I am pleased with the service here, I first had to reschedule my appointment time, then I went to the wrong location so I was even later, I walked in for a unit with a 10% discount for the first month & received my first month FREE! I was offered a U-Haul rental at this location so I didn’t have to go to another location for pick up, the experience was great & I would recommend this store or any to anyone I love! Hannah Was awesome with her customer service & my experience was an oversllb10/10

Bought something at Costco that came in a cardboard box too big for my vehicle. Rent a $19.95 truck, no big deal. We did not eat or drink in the truck.
Total mileage was approximately 15 miles and took a little less than 1 hour.
When we took the truck back a nice girl said we'd get our receipt via email within 5 mins. That receipt was for $71.80.
Truck cleaning (what?), environmental fee, etc.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I had never had to deal with so many dum clowns till here. You idoits need get you act together. 5 different quotes. Reserve a truck and trailer and guess what. Get phone call and they don't have it. Now back and fourth with idoits and now price is double and got travel 100 miles get what I need.... uhaul can't sit on it and rotate

Dropping off my trailer was a breeze.The very sweet young lady that checked me in, was very polite and professional. I was there less than 5 minutes. Very nice UHaul location.
