If you end up forgetting to tape your box for return it’s gonna cost $2 for strip of tape. Had to drive all the way home for a small tape. Need better customer service.
Moments later after taping my package drive back, waited in line and saw another customer exactly same but bigger package was not charge $2 for longer strip of tape. Shame on them.

I had an interesting visit to your store on Thursday May29, 2025. The female clerk who waited on me was rude. I was returning an Amazon order and had the scan on my phone. Instead of giving me oral instructions she used hand movements. I told her you can talk to me and she said nothing. After we made it through the return she printed out the receipt and gave it to me. Then she just stared at me...continually without blinking...she continued to stare with dark eyes and it actually caught me off guard and it actually scared me. Apparently she has not been fully trained in customer service and told to use her voice to give instructions and not hand gestures. Thank you for your consideration on my review. I appreciate good customer service, but I doubt I will be back to your store, it was just too upsetting.

Dropped off a package told me I could not use my own box. Funny how I have dropped stuff off before and I used my own boxes. Also apparently this company doesn’t believe in recycling. I do not understand how every time I go in the staff always has attitudes. Too bad this is the only location close to me. Maybe the corp owner or franchise store owner needs to pay their staff better so they have better attitude and start recycling boxes. Do something useful for the planet. UPS you make enough money to recycle. Do not contact me with feed back. Give the staff more training.

Dropped off package with box and the top of box wasn’t taped. They charge you money just to tape the box. If your a shipping store you should at least supply tape! Every other packing store lets you at least use their tape. Terrible service and obviously this store doesn’t understand the meaning of “customer service “.

Went in to the store to return a package. There were two people working the counter. One had a customer and the other one was on her phone. She made me wait until she finished whatever she was doing on her cell phone before waiting on me. Not cool!

All day I've got people i dont understand over the phone asking how I can get my package I wasn't I formed I had to sign for then when trying to change delivery the website refuses options to do so called all day just to be placed on hold 7 times each well over an hr this place is a damn joke and all I wanted to know is how I can get my package I've already paid for including shipping and last person said I'll get supervisor hung up on me after 43 mins so no this place is super inconsiderate and inconvenient

Absolutely horrible service! There was no option for 0 stars or less - that’s what is appropriate here. Unbelievable and jaw dropping attitudes from employees. Unwilling to help find a package that was delivered there and signed for by employee. Do not use this store or trust them. Inept, unqualified and ridiculous.

I was in there two minutes. I had to do a return. Had my box ready. I had my phone ready to scan. So easy and fast. I was surprise at the quick service. The lady was nice too.

So disappointed with this business. They closed at 6:30 pm and I got to their door at 6:31pm. Two people inside wouldn’t even come to the door. They just shouted “we are closed!” I didn’t even need to buy anything just needed to drop off the already prepaid and labeled packages. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sad that UPS has this type of service.
